owner contacted us morning and gave us instruction to provide somebody who can speak english and serbian. why ? is difficult to find this apartmant. no indication. nowhere. we were told to find ramp somewhere in the backyard and to wait for old lady who will bring the key. we waited her over one an hour there !!!!! Never more !! Its not enough to have apartman in the new block of flats. this for nothing if organisation, access, orientation how to find right door is for nothing.
