Very attentive and caring staff, clean, comfortable and warm rooms, parking available, quiet and very central area, comfortable beds - all is excellent. Reliable hot water and power even during long blackouts. The staff was excellent, kind and tried to find a way to help with every little detail. If it wasn't for breakfast/wifi I'd give 10/10.

Particularly like their kind attention to me as a regular guest, and being assigned rooms whose windows are in the inner courtyard rather than the street.

A repeated experience that I am always happy to make. This hotel is as comfortable as home and has the same atmosphere of cozy friendliness. Rooms are big and well insulated from the noise on the street. Staff is invariably cheerful and welcoming. I really like staying here.

“Reliably comfortable.”
It is not the first stay at the Ekaterinoslav and it is always a pleasure to visit this structure. The service is of reliably high quality and the staff friendly and supportive in a very professional way. The rooms are well sized and nothing to complain about either in the bathrooms or bed area. Spotlessly clean too. I keep returning to it with the expectation of comfort and ease.

I booked a room, 2 nights, in this hotel. I broke by accident a glass of water in my room. I told the reception lady: -Sorry, madam, I broke one glass, could you lend me a broom to remove the glass from the floor?. -Ok, but you broke a glass, you must pay 100 hrivnas. For a cheap glass, probably made in China (or wherever) ... I am 45 years old and I travelled all my life. Never happened this to me before. I told this woman that I was going to pay the 100 hrivnas but they were not going to see me ever again. I also informed her that I have been 21 months in Ukraine, working on the frontline, risking my life. I could be right now in my hometown far away from the war. My family begs me every day to go back home, but I am still in Ukraine, trying to do some good. She still wanted me to pay for a broken glass of water. Good luck with that.

Second time I stay in this structure, always a lovely experience. Premises are clean, comfortable, conveniently located and luminous. Good sized rooms and bathroom, comfortable bed and good quality linen. Many rooms have a kitchenette. Staff is professional and friendly and ready to help as needed.

“Short and sweet”
I was only a couple of hours at the structure since I needed a place to rest and refresh between two trips so I cannot give an in-depth review but my impression of the hotel is that it was neat and clean and the welcome I received very warm and much appreciated. Room was big and well fitted, excellent bathroom too. Conveniently located within walking distance from the city centre. I will certainly go back for a longer stay.
