The room was beautiful and comfortable. Great shower. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed talking to Huy and Zieu (sorry the spelling is probably wrong). The dinner and breakfast were delicious! Thank you !!

The place is better in reality than in the pictures. We loved how secluded the accommodation was compared to the messy small town. We had great food for both, dinner and breakfast.

Great stay! We were upgraded to a cliffside room and this was superb. We had just spend a day in the soaking rain on a motorbike, so were extremely happy with the heating in the room to recover. Comfortable bed, great staff and the BEST fresh vegetable spring rolls. Recommend!

The room has a big bright window with a beautiful idillic view over the mountains . The bed was warm, soft and comfortable, clean and the heating ( air pump) was powerful. We slept well , even with the karaoke next door . A good pressure in the shower. The girl at the reception was friendly .

Good Heater in the room. Staff is friendliy. Food for dinner is good, and breakfast even better. Sufficient hot water in the shower for 2 people.

After few days in the Loop and struggling to find a hotel clean enough to not to have to tip-toe around the room was fantastic. It has european style cleaning standard, hot water for a proper shower, super comfy and the bungalows have incredible view… is a hidden gem if you want to treat yourself to a nice place while doing the ha giang loop. Breakfast was good. Asian style. The lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly.

Our room was nice and clean. They also have laundry service. If you like animals, there are two cute cats and a dog on the property. Maybe stay away, if not.
