“Nice enough, but misleading listing”

Nice location, with a sizeable yard, out in the archipelago. The house is quite comfortable and has a good amount of space. Internet worked fine, at a reasonable speed, although it doesn't reach all the bedrooms, so a booster would really be helpful. It is a short walk to a pier and a really nice exercise place (not a playground, but still fun for kids to climb on). A couple of bikes are available, which our kids enjoyed.

“Wonderful place to gather family”

The location. We had moose in the garden and the water just down the road. It felt like were both out in nature yet close to shops.

The property was located in the countryside outside Stockholm and so was really quiet. There were walks which led to beaches and into the forests; we quite often saw deer and even saw a moose/elk in the garden. Even though it was outside Stockholm there was a convenient bus service into the city that took about an hour each way; this meant that we didn't have to drive to most locations. It was also convenient for the ferry (short bus ride away) which went to locations such as Sandhamn. One last comment is the Bageri within walking distance of the property; it was excellent for a mid morning cup of tea/coffee and a cake. The quality and cleanliness of the property was really good. The beds were big and comfortable; the shower was good and came with facilities such as a dishwasher. I wouldn't have problem recommending this property to someone else. As for Sweden; great place to visit.. would definitely go back again.

Lovely house: stylish, airy, well-equipped. Easy access to the archipelago with Stockholm just 45 min away by car or public transport. Best place to relax and unwind. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance .

Under normal circumstances, this house would have deserved 8 to 9 points. The location is top and the furnishings are also pleasing. The only thing is that you get the feeling that the flat is not quite finished yet. The big "but" follows below.
