I’ve travelled much, but I’ve never experienced such a level of warmth and hospitality. The staff is amazing. They speak Arabic, French and English fluently. They assist you in any possible way. And they give you the feeling of being at home like with your friends and family.

The staff and location was excellent. Sule and Muneer were particularly helpful. For example when I needed to change my room to a quieter one that didn't face the street so I could sleep better they arranged it without question. They were also helpful in arranging my tours etc. Breakfast was good as well.

Central located hotel within walking distance of old quarter. They can arrange transport for you within Djibouti City. Breakfast is nice with chapati, Dahl, fruit, cake, juice, coffee/tea and eggs if you want to. Owners are friendly and willing to help with tips. The local restaurant next door has nice fish and smoothies. Owners speak English.

I stayed in Ras Dika for 2 nights and it was really good. It is exactly in the heart of the city and you can find the central market in few steps and many many restaurants around. The breakfast is simple but is very fresh and tasty. Munir is a great and he tried to make my stay easier with all the information he gave me. Great guy. Big rooms

“Excellent location with a insanely friendly staff”

I planned to stay for two nights only but I ended up staying 6 nights in total. And there are good reasons for this: The hotel is centrally located in the middle of the town. This comes with a beat of noise from the hustle and bustle of the city, however everything is easily accessible and within walking distance. And this is essential given the somewhat high taxi costs and the intense heat. But what makes this place very special and dear to me is the hotel staff. Many reviewers have mentioned it and I can only second that: from the Madame managing the place to the receptionist and guards - everyone is insanely helpful, friendly and will try to help you out on every issue you might face. Without their help my trip to Djibouti would have been way more stressful. Very good value for the price and the daily smiles make it even more worth it!

The staff is simply amazing. The owner is a lady who takes care of you like a mother, being sure that you get everything you need. The guys at the reception are also extremely kind and helpful. I recommend this place!

“Exceptional Hospitality at Ras Dika Hotel”

I loved everything about this hotel—the facilities, the delicious breakfast, the strategic location, the affordable price, and the lovely, friendly team at Ras Dika Hotel. They helped me arrange a 2D1N tour through one of the travel agencies in town. However, I must admit that the experience with the travel agency was not pleasant. There were some misunderstandings, and I felt as though I had fallen into a scam trap set by the agency, which was quite unfortunate. What touched me deeply was how the team at Ras Dika Hotel went out of their way to help me and ensure my safety after learning about the incident. Their kindness made me feel at home, as if I were among friends. The people at Ras Dika are truly lovely. I can confidently say that I will 100% return to Ras Dika Hotel if I ever visit Djibouti again. The hotel is conveniently located just outside the famous Al-Hamoudi Mosque, next to a shopping mall, and within walking distance of Djibouti's largest mall, Bawadi Mall.

“Comfortable place to stay and see the active downtown”

The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Given the location in downtown, it was very close to everything- places to eat, a supermarket, etc.
