I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff members were very friendly and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

“Great accommodation option in Djibouti”
We spent the last 2 nights of our Djibouti journey at this hotel, and it was the best! We booked a sea/pool view room, which turned out to be a 1 bedroom unit. Both rooms had an AC unit, however only the bedroom had a tv. Unlike all the other accommodations that we stayed at around Djibouti, this hotel actually had warm water for a shower, and best thing of all was that they served fresh fruit at breakfast (as well as having a chef on hand to make omelettes). The daily room clean was a really nice touch that was also appreciated. The location here was great, being on the peninsula and in amongst other hotels, embassies, and the french base. This proved to be a little removed from the 'real' Djibouti town center and all its chaos and noise, but it also made for a quiet peaceful stay. We really appreciated both the courtesy ride to the airport, and lovely staff who work at this hotel. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation before they head out into the wilderness that is Djibouti!!!

“Terrible hotel, to be avoided”
The room was dated, and generally dirty. The bathroom was falling apart - shower head, towel rack. The breakfast options are very limited, and staff are usually absent and reluctant to fry an egg when requested. Overall, I would never again stay at Acacias when back in Djibouti. Newer, better hotels are now popping up in downtown Djibouti.

“Considering the local conditions, quite ok, but minus the wifi”
A very nice hotel, located right by the sea in a quiet place, but unfortunately quite far from the city center. There is nothing interesting nearby, no restaurants or shops. Nice swimming pool and restaurant area next to the pool. Large rooms, bathtub in the bathroom, ac good. Staff very nice, smiling and friendly. Breakfasts quite modest (from 6 am). A big plus is the free airport transfer (taxi costs 10-15$) and the possibility of late check out!

“Relaxed.”
Very friendly and helpfull staff, they have a very nice pool including a bar. Breakfast is perfect. Rooms are very good and big including airconditioning. After check out they offered me to stay in the afternoon and enjoy the pool. My flight was at 23.00 and a free shuttle to the airport was also offered. Good service and really enjoyed it!

Reception team was so nice with me since day one, Specially Mohamed Kadar! He's a good man and he helped me a lot while I was in Djibouti ! Thank you Mohmed Restaurant was delicious. Housekeeping were cleaning good as well. I'll definitely come back In Shaa Allah
