Hotel was nice, we had a room with big terrace and view to the sea. Personal was friendly and helpful, there were variety of food and it was delicious. The outdoor swimming pool was big and clean. It's really nice that the hotel has private beach which is just few meters away from swimming pool. The indoor pool was alright as well, the temperature of the water was good. For an extra payment you can choose between different activities such as jet ski, quad, riding camels/horses, etc. There shops just across the road, infront of the hotel.

Beside beach/sea several pools to chose from also small gym Hotel building was large with spacious room in my case sea/pool views. All staff very helpful/cheerful Dining room had adequate table accomodation for large crowds at meal times Dining tables were well presented with shining cutlery and spotless white linen napkins for evening dinner. The meal menu were extensive and large choice for main course and desserts as well as beverages All in all an enjoyable vacation.

As a frequent world traveler for decades, I’ve stayed in hotels across every category imaginable, from budget lodgings to true luxury resorts. This hotel is officially rated as a 4-star property, but in reality, that rating feels extremely generous. In my opinion, this is at best a 3-star hotel, and even that is being kind considering the overall condition and service inconsistencies. # Overall Impression The hotel has one major advantage: its location. Beyond that, the property suffers from serious infrastructure issues, inconsistent service, poor management, and several frustrating guest experience failures that significantly reduce the overall quality of the stay. Djerba itself is beautiful and worth visiting, but the hotel does not remotely live up to the standards expected from a proper 4-star establishment. --- # HOTEL INFRASTRUCTURE ## Positives ### Location The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s perfectly situated with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Djerba itself is lovely, with many activities and places to explore. ### Beach Area The beach was nice, clean, and well maintained. This was one of the strongest aspects of the property and clearly received more attention than many other areas of the hotel. --- ## Negatives ### General Condition of the Hotel The hotel is desperately in need of a major renovation. The entire property feels completely run down and outdated, almost like stepping back into the 1970s. The décor, furniture, facilities, and general atmosphere feel neglected and old. ### Air Conditioning One of the biggest disappointments was the fact that the air conditioning was apparently not operational throughout the hotel. With outside temperatures above 25°C and mosquitos present in the evenings, having no option to cool the room made nights unnecessarily uncomfortable. ### Water Policy Having to pay for drinking water at a supposed 4-star resort is absolutely ridiculous.

Location and within our price range . Most of the staff were very friendly and always smiling and ready to help. They don’t provide kettle in the rooms. We needed one to boil water for our kid. They tried to source it but found out that they don’t have one . So we asked the kitchen to boil it for us and they did . So next day we bought our own .When we got back to our room , there was a clean almost new kettle in our room. That was a huge surprise that they remembered . It was a very nice gesture .

Super good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds, spacious room, welcome drink, fruits in room, good variety of food for breakfast and dinner. Safe parking, nice pool and clean beach.
