The 5-person apartment was comfortable and clean. The food at the restaurant (especially the fish and the meat) was delicious. The garden and the mini-zoo are well maintained. Too bad the outdoor pool was not opened.

“Friendly staff at Fun beach resort that needs a little love”

One of the stranger stays we had but good fun! They upgraded us to the biggest room with a view on the ocean and their ostrich farm. The restaurant was good and also the only place with actual guests around it felt. They have a huge pool and also a direct path to the beach which is a 10 mjn walk. Breakfast was good and staff at the restaurant real friendly.

Very beautiful location, good food, very nice pool, very good beach with beautiful sand and birds - very recommended! Staff speaks English and they are very friendly. There are a few Animals walking freely in the hotel which is very cool. The breakfast is amazingly good and well priced. I recommend the stay for anyone that likes to rest in beautiful place on their vacations.

The staff was amazing,the receptionist lady was so lovely,so calm,professional and very smiley. It was lovely to be welcomed with such a pleasure. The rooms were clean,although I wasn't happy that they didn't clean the room and changed the towels every day,only after 3 days. The food was excellent,the pool very clean ,and the beach even though it was like 30 minutes walk,it was worth it.They also had a transport to and from the beach and it wasn't al the time available. We were really happy to stay at this resort.

Best place for a family vacation

“Rooms need updating but a nice stay. Good value.”

We arrived at the hotel quite late and in the dark and were given our 2 double rooms. I'd booked 2 doubles with balcony's but our room had no balcony and was very small and didn't match our expectations at all. We were staying for two nights and as soon as we'd sat in the room for 10 mins I suggested we either ask for another room or just stay one night. After some discussion with reception they moved us to a much bigger room with balcony and pool view and everything improved immediately! We woke to a lovely view of the pool and grounds with a family of ostriches directly below our window. Lovely open raised roof restaurant and bar. Staff very nice. Really great pool which is nicely kept and we virtually had to ourselves for the first day. We are in our 50s so the downside of the pool for us was the very loud music which killed the relaxing atmosphere somewhat. There's a mini train which takes you down to a very long sandy stretch of beach (10 minute ride) and was told to get the girl at the beach bar to call the driver when I wanted to return which was great. It takes you on a wooden boardwalk bridge over the lake. Beach was very windy but loads of beds and umbrellas which are free to guests. The hotel has loads of potential but as previous reviews have stated the rooms need updating and hotel is quite basic. That said, the price was very reasonable and if you don't mind a bit of rough around the edges this is actually a great place to visit! It kind of had a campsite vibe about it with all the animals and outdoor space which was nice.

This is a hidden treasure for a family holiday, to fully experience what this hotel offers you need a minimum 3 days but I suggest a minimum 5 days. Rooms- very spacious with comfortable beds, air-conditioning, balconies this is not a 5 star Sheraton but for what they charge per night I am extremely happy with the quality of the rooms. The view on the garden and pool is a bonus. Pool - just amazing 5 stars. Massive pool split to 5 different depth areas so different depth for different ages. Very safe, your kids will love it. There is a bar at the pool and boys serving amazing ice coffee 👍 all sunbeds have comfortable mattresses and umbrellas, there are more sunbeds than people so No fighting for space. Playground - in the back garden there is a great playground for kids 3-6 with all slides, swings and other games they may need. Restaurant - breakfast is very good, basic but good. Everything is fresh. We loved pancakes and scrambled eggs. Breakfast is served on the top terrace with an amazing view. This is also the place where you can relax and drink beer. Food is very tasty and at low prices Beach 🏖️ is approx 2 km from hotel on a island. There is a small electric train taking people to the beach, an amazing attraction for kids and adults especially when driving through the bridge that is 500m long. The beach is sandy and the hotel offers free sunbeds and umbrellas for all guest. The sea is great, very shallow and very safe for kids. Hotel is located in a national park surrounded by forest and sea, very quiet spot perfect for family holidays. Many small restaurants around are hidden in the forest. By the way in the local town you will eat the best greek kebab you can ever imagine! Views, swimming pool, beach Just perfect combination. We were quite scarry before we booked that hotel, but from the moment we arrived we were in the "wow" mode all the time. Amazing value for money. Forget about overcrowded Durres, this resort is fantastic for family vacation.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Amazing location. Rooms were cleaned every day! Breakfast was delicious with variety of fresh foods, the garden spacious with big pine trees, a great swimming pool, nice playground for kids . Also animals\ birds like ostriches, peacocks, pegeons, goats, turtles, chickens... made this trip very attractive,especially for kids. A transport to the beach with a small train that goes through a nice paved path with trees aside and a long wooden bridge crossing the lagoon to get to the sandy amazing beach. A museum of Karavasta lagoon and boat trips to the lagoon are just 5 minutes by car, and there is a nice small café in the park near the tower. Small shops are very close to the hotel. The air quality is high...Simply wonderful!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Divjaka in Albania and would highly recommend it. For the price, everything exceeded expectations. The hotel offers access to a private beach and a pool, which added to the overall relaxing experience. The breakfast was very good, but what stood out the most was the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and ready to assist with anything you might need. Special thanks to the amazing reception team—especially the extraordinary Fazi, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I would also like to thank the restaurant staff, particularly Mateo, Kosta, Kastro, and the rest of the crew whose names I didn’t catch, but who were equally professional and friendly. A truly great experience—I would gladly return!

Very nice resort located in a fascinating natural reserve. We enjoyed our short stay and the hotel facilities (pool / restaurant / waterfront). We had our lunch and diner at the hotel's restaurant and enjoyed the food and the quality of the service.

“Amazing resort with beautiful views”

Amazing location, with beautiful sunsets. Very friendly stuff, big plus to the receptionist, always smiling and ready to help. Great location for families, our two kids enjoyed the pool and the sandy beach. And the walk to the beach is really beautiful. We wanted to travel around but we stayed more at the resort because it was more practical and kids loved it. Another plus are animals, ostriches, peacocks, turtles, goats and a lot of birds for birds watchers. We recommend it specially for people who like nature.

Very nice large resort near the sea. You can walk on a wooden boardwalk over the laguna to the seashore. Large pool, many installations for children, animals. Rooms are ok, some spacious and recently renovated ones (superior rooms). NIce view over the garden, the pool, the laguna up to the ocean from the balconies on the upper floor. Very friendly and helpful staff, speaking English well.

“Rough around the edges but a very pleasant stay”

We booked a standard room but I think they moved us up to a suite which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very spacious and comfortable (we walked past some standard rooms and they were much smaller but still about what you would expect from a Holiday Inn or similar so enough for most people). The shower was a bit beaten up but worked ok. There was a great selection of options at breakfast and it tasted good. The views from the restaurant are lovely and the pool was a little murky but a good size. The outside areas generally had some litter that needs dealing with and some of the kids play equipment looks well worn out but there was plenty of space when we were there and the overall layout is well done. It's close to nature trails and the beach.

“Very relaxed stay with great staff”

The great restaurant with perfect food and the terrace with amazing view. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. You could notice that they were proud of working at the hotel and formed a great crew. From the moment of warm welcome at the check in until the goodbye which ended in a big hug. We felt very welcome and at home.
