Hotel Pazzola is a hidden gem and an excellent place to relax and wind down! The hotel is located in a quiet part of Disentis, full in the nature. The real discovery was however, the restaurant! Fully local ingredients, combined in an original way by the master cook, Sven. It is a place to feel home, especially thank to the open-hearted welcome by the host, Sonia. If you are out to explore the haut cuisine in Graubunden, this place is a must for you!

“For the price it was good. Its far from the Gondola. If you need to eat out you need to drive atleast 3-5mins to the nea”
The staff and the owner were so helpful and accomodating.

Sonya and Sven were the friendliest of hosts in their stylishly-appointed and very comfortable chalet hotel in a stunning setting with panoramic mountain views. Our dinner - an imaginative and optional ‘surprise’ medley of dishes - was exquisite. Ingredients are locally sourced or foraged from the surrounding mountains and creatively curated by Sven to deliver delicious, delicate tastes and visually-beautiful combinations. Thank you to Sonia and Sven for a memorable stay. We hope to return.

A new hotel that is stylish and comfortable. The surrounding views are breathtaking. The evening meal was a wonderful experience. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. All ingredients and wines were sourced or foraged locally. The staff were trully kind and most helpful.

Great little hotel a gem. Sonia is a charming and pleasant host and runs a superb hotel. Sven is a superb chef in the kitchen and creates some wonderful dishes. Great breakfast. Secure parking for my motorcycle. Look forward to staying there again.
