The Location is wonderful room small but cozy 4 one person

Arrived at 10:40 pm, refused to serve at the bar, said that the bar was closed, but other tables were served until 1 am. Everyone was happily making noise under my windows, and they politely asked me to leave the bar. I was sober, well dressed, and spoke politely. Local friends I was visiting said that this was due to the fact that I was a foreigner and they had a sad experience of dedicating this establishment.

I was unable to pay for this accomodation over the phone, or over the internet using a business card. As I was booking this for one of my workers, he had to pay himself when he arrived. I now have extra work to reimburse the colleague and sort expenses.

find anything else, there is no toilet in the room and no shower in the room. The toilet is on the ground floor, not even on the same level, unacceptable

Arrogant unfriendly staff. I booked a room at the canal which made me to choose that place. I went with my phone maps GPS to the address of my booking confirmation that is in an insignificant street in the village not on the canal. I found a Pension but no one there. I call and they said I need to get to their pub caffe' for check-in. I had my phone with very low battery and just died after the call so no maps available with dead battery. I asked people where is the caffe, non one know, eventually I found it with the help of a kind guy. No easy to find about half a mile away. Eventually I came to the cafe for check-in asking where would I sleep, they said my room is where I parked the car at the pension. The booking was for 51 euro while they charged 69 euro. I did not notice that the same day because I left my booking printed confirm into the car at the pension half a mile away and my phone was dead. Also I was tired after long drive. I didn't ask for anything for any upgrade, just wanted my booked room. I didn't ask to get a different room from which I booked here on booking. Actually I would prefer stay above the caffe near the canal rather that in an insignificant road in the village half mile away. I'm a frequent traveler and not a kind of a difficult one. But these people were so unfriendly and dishonest. People be aware.

I liked the hospitality and the overall enviroment of the staff and the costumers and the bar itself. It is a great place if you are on a fast travel. You will feel at home. In a very friendly small town, it has Albet Heijn and Action close. Small Amsterdam vibes as well. Everything was so clean and neat.

Super clean, nice smell, owner really helpful and accommodating, lovely little town. Nice shower room, fridge in hallway.
