Nestled within the Victorian Alps, Diamantina is an architecturally designed chalet with exposed beams and a large open fireplace. Guests can step just outside their front door and find restaurants, cafes and the beginners' ski run. “Lovely but need to be better prepared given everything was closed, except for cafe wyndam.”
Great location. Glad it was quiet and end of season as we did not know it was directly in front of a large pub/eaterie/night club? Should be stated on the website that it is noisy when the place to eat/drink/stay is open.

Architect design means the two-bedroom (extra comfortable queens for two couples plus two daybeds for extras) has both style and great space efficiency. It’s warm, well furnished, has an excellent kitchen and bathroom, is just across the road from the pub and the Ramada Restaurant.
