We visited with my spouse to celebrate a very special day. The location was excellent and the hosts were very nice and welcoming. The roof terrace is amazing.

Townhouse 7 is all what we like, expect from a holiday home. The location is perfect, small village, not too touristic, with facilities, restaurants, grocery shops, site seeing places close by… the house itself is very comfortable for 2. Well equipped, super clean, the bed is so comfy, the rooftop : perfect for breakfast, lunch, nap… and our host was so helpful for recommendations. “A charming authentic stay in the quaint town of Dingli”

It is with absolute pleasure that I write a review of my stay at Townhouse 7 in Dingli. It is a gem, the most charming accommodation we’ve had in our three week stay in Malta. The apartment is immaculate, everything is clearly labeled, and there are clear instructions available for the washing machine, dryer and everything else you need to operate. They left us a ‘welcome basket’ of breads, cookies, milk, juice, and butter to start us off. There are bathrooms on both the lower main floor and off the bedroom, which was very convenient for evenings in the kitchen and sitting room, and for night visits. The washing machine and dryer are on the third floor, where we were able to keep up with having clean clothes easily. The dryer dried everything easily. The bed is an antique iron bed, which may seem a little small for larger people, but we found it very comfortable. The apartment is located in a cute little courtyard by 2 good restaurants and in the shadows of Dingli church. We had a question about the washer, and the owner was very quick with a response. I recommend you use the 60 minute wash for dirty clothes, and the 15 minute wash for lightly soiled clothes. The programs are a little unpredictable, and also be sure to follow the instructions to set the washer to cold. Our stay in Valletta to see the sights was ‘okay’, but to see the real Malta, and if you have a car, I highly recommend a stay in this charming apartment in Dingli. It felt like coming ‘home’ after long days of exploring the countryside, and was truly memorable.

The location was perfect, close enough to see all the site and far enough away from the late night noise. Beautiful house, cozily decorated to feel like a home away from home. The terrace was beautiful for having a morning coffee or evening wine. Sandra was very helpful throughout our trip.

The old house in the city is both attractive and exciting, and it has a rooftop terrace that is ideal for enjoying morning coffee at sunrise. This accommodation offers everything you require for a private stay that will last for several days and is convenient to explore different areas of Malta on day trips.

Nice, cosy house Well equipped

A charming little house right in Dingli's quiet city center. It features all the amenities required for a great vacation. The highlight is the delightful rooftop terrace offering a view of the Plaza. The location is perfect, with the bus stop, convenience stores, and excellent traditional Maltese restaurants all within easy reach. For anyone seeking quiet comfort, I would definitely recommend Townhouse 7.

We traveled around Malta and stayed in various accommodations. But TH7 is the best of. There are a many reasons: Sandra - speaking partner - is absolutely willing and lovely. Townhouse has a beautiful atmosphere, we spent mornings and evenings on the rooftop, nice to watch the stars and to do morning exercise. Early morning we went to bakery for warm pastizzi - it is 3 min walk away. And also I would like to highlight cleaning and wi-fi connection and ready complimentary waiting for us - water, apples, jam and toast bread.

A small, cozy house in the center of a quiet town. There's a balcony and a rooftop terrace. Check-in was very simple, and the house was clean. The hosts' compliments immediately lifted our spirits, and We're grateful for that. The owners are always available and quickly resolved any issues. There are several restaurants and a couple of grocery stores nearby. The location is especially ideal for tourists renting a car. There's always parking nearby, and all the main attractions are a 20-30-minute drive away. Highly recommended.

“Very lovely house, worth staying off the usual places in Malta”

The place is a bit off the usual track, however it's really lovely. Many apartments have "everything", but this one really went the so called extra mile (We travel for month a year and can judge that). Meaning the owners thought of everything one could need and just provided it, like "just in case". The small house offers so many different spaces from a yard to a roof terrace and we really liked it. The location at the town square ist rather good as well, even though the two restaurants around are mostly closed. Our favourite place nearby was the "Merkanti Village Restaurant" just 2 mins away, a true gem.

Location in non touristy village with stunning views from rooftop and Dingli cliffs a 10 min walk away - authentic property presented perfectly - attention to detail was amazing - a real home from home, owners at the end of a message if needed!

This was a brilliant find. Loved the cosy feel of the place. The roof top was a great for morning coffee. The balcony at the front great for people watching. Excellent washing machine and dryer.

The townhouse is delightful. It is in a recently restored attractive cobbled square, not on a main road. It is very well appointed. The air conditioning in the bedroom and downstairs kept things cool in the Malta heat. We used the rooftop terrace every evening. The village bar is in the square. The food is good, cheap and the portions are huge. The posh restaurant next to the house is very expensive. We did not go there. It seemed only to open at the weekends.

All information we needed was in the welcome book and host even sent us a picture of where the parking is and the closest groceries shop! We also got shower gel, all in all it was a very well equipped appartment!

We really enjoyed our stay at Townhouse 7. The property had been recently renovated and it had all the facilities which we needed. The property is on 3 levels and it was an ideal size for a couple. We particularly liked the roof terrace and we enjoyed sitting up there in the evenings. The property was very clean and well maintained. There are two very good restaurants within the same square as the property. Dingli itself is a working town and we felt very much part of a community at Townhouse 7. This is not a “touristy” town so it is ideal for a quiet get away. The property is in an ideal location about 50 yards from a bus stop. The bus service on Malta is very good and we would recommend the purchase of the 7 day unlimited travel bus ticket (€25 each) to get around the island. Rabat and Mdina are just a 10 minute bus ride from Townhouse 7 and are both stunning. The property is around a 20 minute walk from the Dingli Cliffs with breath taking views over the Mediterranean ocean and about a 40 minute walk from the Buskett Gardens which are well worth a visit. We would also like to thank the property owner Sandra for her great care and communication during our stay. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to family and friends. First class.
