“OWNERS NEED TO COMPARE THIS with similar priced properties”
The location was very good. As a result we had some interesting experiences, such as the car which crashed and rolled closing town access for many hours,! It was a nightmare for those who wished to be on the other side of the crash, as they had to make a many kilometre detour around the crash site. This being the only road into Dinant. One of the beauties or problems of a town built onto the edge of a rock wall beside a river. Beds were comfortable. Quirky furnishings in the living area. View of the river from the living area. Good location to pop into france. People watching. Walks along the river. We didn't mind being on the main road into Dinant.
