The location of the property is superb. This is my third visit to Dinan, but the first time I’ve stayed in this area. Catherine was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the property itself is a real gem if you like old and quaint properties where the furnishings and fittings display a love of detail. Perhaps not the easiest if you don’t like stairs, but for me that’s no problem. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, and everything was easy. I would certainly recommend and return

Absolutely beautiful ancient house located in a central position within Dinan. The interiors are lovely, charmingly fitted out with attention to detail and taste.

Absolutely brilliant breakfast. And we were so well looked after by the lovely owner who couldn't have been kinder. Great location with beautiful views over the square at the front and gardens at the back. Would definitely return to Dinan - it's a gorgeous town - and when we do, we'd 100% stay at La Maison Pavé again.

We absolutely loved our short stay here. Hosts were wonderful and room was very spacious. Due to the age of the property you could hear all movements due to the floor boards but this wasn't an issue. We loved that it had a sitting room that you could use and tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding and served by lovely friendly louis

Lots of character, history and perfect location

The host was discreet but welcoming. Free pass provided for safe secure car park nearby (we have a large SUV). Charming, historic property, beautifully renovated and decorated. Room was large & airy with very comfortable bed and a double shower. Large shared lounge with comfy chairs and a view of the church and square.. Access to coffee machine & large selection of teas. Great French breakfast, lots of choice, alll of excellent quality.

Historic house situated right in the old town of Dinan. Our room was large and comfortable with wonderful attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful small hotel in a very old building that is very central in Dinan so all the sights are easily accessible on foot. Spotlessly clean and the room was very quiet despite the central location. A lovely breakfast was included. Catherine was very hospitable and spoke excellent English.
