“Excellent Value Gite”
Nice compact Gite with everything you need. Main town is beautiful however there is a steep climb up a cobbled street if you walk from this accommodation .

Proximity to the port area. And it was only a short walk up the hill to the main part of town. There was some off road parking for my motorcycle.

“The perfect house, but with certain problems”
The house is very close to Dinan, about 3min walk until the harbor, 13min walk up to the city center. All was clean and comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped. Messages were timely and complete. Parking slot inside the house has only 2 slots, but is very convenient (if the city is not in a busy day, you will find free parking outside). The house is spread across 3 levels: ground level with kitchen and TV room (sofa bed), 1st floor has one double room, one toilet and one bathroom, and 2nd floor has the room with one double bed and a single bed. Garden is closed, perfect for who has animals. Host was kind at all times and I found very kind that there was charbon for the barbecue left for us, even if we didn't use it.

Very nice gite not far from the river side area and restaurants. Short walk into the main town through medieval streets. Great location. Facilities all there for an extended stay( we were only there 1 night but would make a good base.

Great location, just a block away from river side. The house got everything we need, warm and nice, come with free parking on site, make us feel like home.

“1 week in gite de la tannerie”
Very good value for money and well equipped. Comfortable beds. Host helpful when contacted. Our dog settled well. Quiet at night. Dinan port only 3 minute walk for restaurants.
