“Old fashioned in a good way. Spacious. Quiet bedrooms.”

Spacious and elegant. We had worried that the apartment overlooks a busy/ noisy street but the bedrooms are at the back so are quiet.

once we located the property the access was easy

Fantastic location. We parked at Parking Thiers and it ended up being free for the overnight stay (in winter). We enjoyed exploring the town at night time. The flat itself is very spacious. Perfect for an overnight stay and we'll definitely be back.

Good location and clean

The house is really beautiful, where the location also exactly at the centre of Dinan Old Town. I will go there again when revisited Dinan in future.

Lovely spacious apartment on the first floor above a cafe right in the centre of town. Plenty of room with a nice open sitting area, a kitchen and two bedrooms.

Location was great as it was in the centre of the old town. The flat is spacious (we were 2 friends in separate rooms). It was cheap but if it had cost more it would have been a rip off.

Superb location in Central Dinan. Lovely historic building with car parking a few minutes away. It is above a creperie/restaurant but the noise is not loud and they close around 10pm.

“Brilliant, but factor in the parking cost”

This is a spacious apartment with very comfortable beds, quiet bedrooms, elegant living room, overlooking the Place des Cordeliers and giving lots of opportunity for watching locals and tourists in the square below. It is right in the medieval heart of the town, with many excellent restaurants and interesting shops nearby, and lovely walks both within the town walls and to places outside, such as the Port and Léhon.

The place was much bigger than expected. Spotless and such a beautiful comfy place to be with family. We would love to return as we only stayed one night. A lot more quite than I thought it would be given its central location. Kids loved popping just outside to get croissants for breakfast. The location is perfect in the centre of town.
