“Confirmed booking, but no room upon arrival”
We booked a room for July 19, and the reservation was made on July 13. However, upon our arrival at the hotel on July 19, we were informed that our room was already occupied and that they could not locate our booking in their system. Despite this, we have both a confirmation code and email proof of the reservation. The property is a rental house located in Dilijan, and unfortunately, the administrative service was very poor.

“Absolute gem with stunning views of the Dilijani mountains”
Kirovi tun is an absolute gem in Dilijan. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and served with a smile. The place was spotless clean and feels very calm. I really liked the aesthetic of the place and it features stunning panorama views over the town, the mountains and the school. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

Absolutely incredible stay - the entire facility is stunning inside and out. All of the staff are kind, helpful and sweet. Food is fresh, great choices, lovely breakfast included. I would recommend this to everyone.
