Lovely chalet with two bedrooms in Dilijan. We enjoyed the cozy interior, the fireplace, the comfortable beds, the nice bedroom view and access to the garden (raspberries!). Also special mention of the wonderful host who was very responsive and happy to share recommendations on where to eat. Location is about a 10-min brisk walk up and down a hill to the town center/other restaurants.

“Stunning!”

Mo and his family were amazing!! SO hosipitable, responsive and proactive. It was unbearably hot, which is unlikely in the region and Mo got a cooler to help ease the pain. The entire loft /chalet is beautiful and comfy. Could not recommend enough. Mo and his wife gave us the cutest parting presents too and shared plucked raspberries from their beautiful garden. Dont miss out on this gem!

Nice quiet property. Double room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Lilit was very kind and helpful. Had a taste of fresh raspberries from their organic garden and received a little hand-made gift upon departure. A bit of a walk to the town center but just a quick and cheap taxi ride away.

The buldding and design of house is perfect.The host are kind and they have a good wibe.

“Lovely cottage with chimney, fantastic wooden place”

We had booked the standard double room, but when we saw the cottage they had, we fell in love. So we asked the owners to pay extra and upgrade to the cottage. And for our luck it was available. It was fantastic and the lady at the location Maryna was a lovely lady.

The hosts are the most friendly and hospitable. It's not the first time I am staying here. Though the location is a bit far from the city center, you can take a taxi which is very cheap and works anytime in Dilijan

The room was nice and clean, also there was a garden outside where you can chill. The owner of the hotel was incredibly friendly, advised us where to go in Dilijan and treated us with delicious home-made cookies. This place is really worth to stay!

Yard and the beautiful pear tree! Room was okay otherwise. Little coffee making corner. Good wifi.

If you're three people booking the triple room, bear in mind it has only 2 single beds and a sofa ,which doesn't fold so can't be used for a third person. The bedroom was average and felt it was overpriced compared to other accommodations i’ve stayed in.The cosy photoges you see are of the the chalet but other rooms are plain. No shelving to put stuff &no closets. Could do with proper curtains.The room overlooking the courtyard has little curtains that don't fully cover the windows, it felt uncomfortable with no privacy. Bed linens are smaller than the mattress can't be tucked in ,they move off of it as you move during your sleep so you end up sleeping on a used mattress. Water in shower doesn't drain. Normally, i take two showers, once in the evening and another one in the morning. I were unable to shower 2 times;because the drain in the shower was clogged and i didn't want to be standing in my own cesspool. Breakfast was disappointing and there was nothing "exceptional" about it .I don't consume dairy products but i could do with cereals and what they added on their booking page. O..w...ner rushes things too much.Everything seemed too much trouble.I was rushed 3 times during 1 hour to say when I'm arriving at the property although I told them I'll be texting prior to my arrival in 30 minutes. Was rushed to tell what time I needed my breakfast next day although I told them I'll let them know in the evening .Was rushed outta the room and the shared taxi I wanted was asked to pick me up at 11:30 instead of 15.pm,although I didn't intend to overstay the check out time. I find this very annoying and could hardly make for welcoming hosts. Location is quiet but the area isn't reachable by taxis nor it's covered by yandex app. If you have your car or like long walks you'll be fine.

There were everything needed for a short night break in the middle of a long trip: disposable slippers, towels, shower gel, liquid soap, disposable toothbrushes, tea, coffee, a kettle everything was very clean there was even a place to park a car behind the gates on the guest house territory

The room was clean, had a good mattress, it was out of the town up a hill and extremely quiet and peaceful. It is a good place to start some hikes on that side of the valley. The staff are extremely helpful and pay attention to the smallest detail.

Very nice room and the host is friendly and helpful. The bed is super comfortable. We traveled with a small dog. And this place was dog friendly. Noting to complain about. Highly recommend this place.

The chalet is perfect for a group as it has a large sofa and amazing fireplace. We were in Dilidzjan when the weather was quite bad and cold, and the place was nice warm. The hosts were amazing. They made delicious breakfast every morning and showed us the best places for a hike. I can highly recommend Jermatun Guest House!
