We stayed here 2nd time and everything was great. The owner is very caring, we came first day, but our room was extended by previous guest, so the owner discussed and gave us the room in a neighbour hotel very quick, after one night our room was ready.

“Wonderful guest house near center”
The location is perfect for Dilijan, the center is near, and there is a wonderful cafe just down the stairs with the live music at 8.30 PM. The owner is a wonderful guy, very kind and caring.

Be sure to be on the 2nd floor rooms and not on the ground level. The 2nd floor rooms have balcony and view.

+ Good location near all the main attractions of Dilijan, balcony with a view, good breakfast at a reasonable price (Note that if you want to have breakfast, you need to notify the staff in advance). Good armenian style coffee, too.
