This guesthouse is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are spacious, kitchen's equipped, and the outdoor seating was spectacular! Our stay was calm and smooth. Nelli is a friendly and hospitable host. She kindly offered us free early checkin and was very responsive. My husband speaks Armenian but I don't, so she addressed me in English and we communicated really well. We liked the guest house very much, the view at the mountains is beautiful, the host and other personnel very friendly and accommodating. The location is quiet, you can go for hikes in the vicinity, there are grocery shops you can get to on foot. They serve traditional Armenian food which was very good. All in all it was a very nice stay we will remember fondly.

We had a very nice stay at the charming Guest House Orran. The house is ideally located a bit out side of Dilijan, far from the crowd, about 5-8 minutes drive from downtown and in the intersection of other activities (trekking, monasteries, wine tasting, etc.) It’s calm and private. The common space is charming. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with everything we need. Our host was very nice and always ready to help us whenever we need. Breakfast can be a bit more expensive than at other places but it was the best breakfast of all the guest houses BF we had in Armenia. Diner is also delicious and local, the kind of homemade food you can’t find in restaurants.

The room was spacious, immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with a cozy seating area. The view from our window was breathtaking, with lush forests stretching out as far as the eye could see. Overall, I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Dilijan. With its friendly host, delicious tea and stunning accommodation, you won't be disappointed.

“A cosy homestay with excellent food”

A clean and cosy homestay in the hills above Dilijan, with beautiful views over the valley. We found Nelly the host to be friendly, helpful, and responsive to our requests. Nelly is an excellent cook and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and dinner that we had. The food was tasty, interesting, and excellent value. My husband has a dietary requirement and she happily prepared some options for him. We would stay here again :-)

The house is situated on the hill, which offers a stunning view of the sorrounding mountains. The area is quite, perfect for relaxing. The owner welcomed us with warm hospitality. The home made breakfast was delicious start for the day. Totally recommended.

The place is amazing, it is located in quite area a bit far from historical center but it’s not a problem at all (taxi is cheap around), it’s also a good spot for a hiking start. Other benefits - breakfast and dinner are delicious , it’s homemade from local products. 100% recommended!

“Lovely guest house in Dilijan”

This guest house was perfect and in a beautiful setting in Dilijan, with roads to it not too bumpy. Nelly is exactly the kind of person you wish every host to be, incredibly kind, accommodating and also a great chef. We had both the dinner and the breakfast and they were both excellent. Would stay here again and would also recommend to solo women travellers (I was not but always like to note these safe places as a person who does travel alone often). merci Nelly!
