“Our Armenian Heros!”

Artur and Rima were exceptional hosts and we absolutely loved our stay with them. From the initial message where we were told the room was ready early and then meeting Artur on the road where he directed me to my parking spot. Rima then came to see us and told us about the menu and the room using the translate function on her phone. We were offered the choice of two rooms both of which were fabulous and cosy and warm. We went out for the afternoon and messaged Rima when we were returning an dasked for some food (Chicken soup was exceptional) and she set about making it for us. She let us know how long it would be and then brought it up to our room and set it on our table. It was delicious and I only wish I had more time to try more of her food as the menu, although simple, looked very apertising. I must add that Artur and Rima came to our rescue for this booking. We had been staying in another property on Lake Sevan and had no power, water, heating or toilet facilities for the whole of the night and our hosts there were impossible to get hold of to do anything about it. We booked Dom Adonis at around 0850 and had checked in 1000 on the same morning! loved this place and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much Artur and Rima, you are our Armenian heros!

Would rate this higher if i could. The view was beautiful. The room was big and clean. Hosts were warm and welcoming, going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The food was really delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

“Recommend to UWC parents”

House owner is very cooperative. He dropped & picked us up to & from UWC free of cost. He gave his umbrella during rain. I highly recommend this place specially to UWC parents. Supermarket & bank is 1 minute walk from this place.

We had a great stay in Dom Adonis. The room is spacious with a nice balcony and a fridge. The shared kitchen is ideal and the swimming pool is great after a hiking day. Dom Adonis is at a walking distance from everything you need. But wat we liked most were the lovely owners and their daughter. The place felt like home and the bbq at our last night was delicious!

“Can highly recommend for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Dilijan”

The property is located in the quiet area of the town facing a breathtaking view of the valley. The house has it all for the comfortable stay. My personal thanks to the lovely hosts for their hospitality and assistance making our stay unforgettable! There are few hiking trails crossing Dilijan. The route to ‘The Drunken forest’ is easy to make with kids.

“Clean and nice place for short stay”

Great facilities for a short stay. Private accommodation with very nice and supportive local staff. Excellent location with a perfect view if you choose a room with a balcony. The room is clean and recently renovated.

Great views from the balconies (Family Suite with balcony) but half the rooms face the street/wall so book carefully.

Fantastic hosts, very obliging. Style of building super nice. Helped with getting to places around Dilijan that we otherwise couldn’t. Offered to drive us to/ from some hike start & end points. Took some longer distance trips which were reasonably priced.

Very very clean, modern and nicely furnished room with great view from the balcony. Hosts were very welcoming, location close to the city center. There is even a shared kitchen you can use

Guest house in a great location with a beautiful view, clean and stylish! The rooms have nice layouts, modern, comfortable, well-equipped, and well-laid out with a balcony. The guest house has everything you’d need, from toiletries to utensils and extra blankets, and a spacious bedroom that is well presented. We would definitely recommend this place and the location is close to supermarkets and banks.

New house with all required facilities and magnificent view from windows. There is a little common kitchen, where you can make a coffee. Great, friendly and helpful hosts. Additionally, breakfast costs 3000AMD, but it is greater and worth it.

The place has a breath-taking view! It has 2 supermarkets around it with 3 to 4 minutes walk. Artor is the friendliest host I ever met! Even when we wanted to barbecue, he offered to help us and offered his speakers too.
