“Relaxing, cozy hotel”

Spacious room, warm and cozy, nice location. The garden is nice but due to snowy weather could not enjoy it.

Lovely clean well located and arranged my onward travel and trips to nearby monastery's.

The stuff is super nice and eager to please all the wishes.

The room looked as described. It was cozy and spacious. The location is easily accessible by taxi (300-400 drams), or you can walk 15 minutes to the city center. The breakfast was delicious, and our preference that we wanted porridge for breakfast was satisfied. The water pressure and temperature in the bathroom was excellent. The Dilijan mountains are very beautiful 😊

Excellent location, big rooms, comfy beds, great shower, clean, helpful host. Nothing more to ask for.

“Shady haven just out of town”

Lovely shady garden with hammocks and covered seating areas. Situated in a quiet part of town, 20 mins walk from centre including uphill at the end. Nice homecooked breakfast, plenty of space and light in the room. Good shower. Everything clean.

Good location, up on the hill so we needed to walk but it was far from the street so it was nice and calm. Room was fine and with minimalist decoration, bed enough comfortable. Room was really cold even during summer which for some time may be good actually. Overall impression good, very but very nice garden and place to sit -big asset. The stuff cares for quick and efficient communication (not the best English though) and they are nice.

Nice location and the place was clean. A bit cold but they gave us a portable heater immediately and even though they didn't speak English they were very helpful.

Well situated, quiet place, nice garden & yard, we reserved initially a room at the ground floor, but we updated for a room at the first level for 200 more AMD so that we can have a nice view. The host was very communicative and everything went well.

I stayed for 2 nights with family at Dill Hill by Sam. It is located little uphill, but just 10 -15 minutes walk from the old dilijan old town square. There are some local grocery stores and a restaurant a bakery just a 2 minute walk away from the hotel. The hotel has its own garden with fruit bearing trees and an amazing sit out area. The rooms were big and absolutely clean. The beds were very comfortable. The linen was absolutely clean and white. We really enjoyed our stay over here.

It's a clean and cozy guethouse. The views outside are beautiful and its walking distance from the main city centre . The host was communicative and responsive and quick to solve any questions we had. He even arranged our drop off to Yerevan himself and took us to Lake Sevan on the way. We really appreciate the quick response and hospitality.

Great big rooms, with heaters in winter Amazing hot shower pressure, comes with shampoo and body soap The breakfast buffet was delicious and plenty of opportunity for refills. Homestay was family owned and owners were very friendly. 5 mins cheap taxi ride by gg app from the city center but far enough to allow comfortable sleep. Walking downhill from accommodation is easier than reaching it on foot.

Great value for money accommodation. If you’re visiting Dilijan and want a quiet and calm guesthouse on a beautiful location looking over Dilijan’s nature, this is the place! Spacious room, comfortable beds. We enjoyed breakfast there too. Nothing to complain! Freshly baked eggs in the morning and lots of fruit from oma’s vegetable shop just down the road. In the evening we enjoyed a nice glass of wine in the wooden cabins in the garden.

Big spacious warm rooms (as I was there in winter). Comfortle bed and a good sized fridge. Located in a peaceful area of the town with nice views of the mountains and a 5 minute walk to the nearest food stores and bakery.
