A recently renovated guest house located in Dilijan, Cozy House features a garden. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Excellent from start to finish. We have found people in Armenia very hospitable and this was no exception. The staff helped us to order a takeaway and were available to help with a few other things we needed. Nothing was too much. The room was lovely, we stayed for one night and the size was perfect. The bed was the comfiest we've experienced whilst on holiday here and the breakfast arrive in a basket and was large and varied. Location is great although slightly too far to walk but 10 minutes by taxi/car. Obviously the design is unusual and looks like Frodos house. The pictures are accurate and all of the accommodation looks great.

Very charming and cozy houses! If you have Yandex go it is very easy to go down to centre. We had lunch at Hamadan, an amazing place! Just the breakfast could be improved but rather than that it was great!

An amazing little Hobbit village, cosy, clean and comfortable, great breakfast, delivered in a basket matching the house, very aesthetic and peaceful, with a small river accompanying the quiet of the evening and the pleasant lights that highlight the beauty of the colors of each house. The little houses are very cute and special in their design. A little like 'the house of the Hobbit'. The staff is kind. They allowed us to keep the luggage after check-out time in their office. The breakfast was nice and varied.

“Eco-friendly Cottages Embracing Nature”
This charming eco-friendly hotel felt like a peaceful forest retreat. The cottages were built with planted green roofs reflecting the beauty of the surrounding. Staying there felt like an escape into nature, with mountain views and fresh air all around. We loved waking up to birds singing and enjoying tea on our private terrace. Even the free breakfast comes in a picnic basket so it fits perfectly with the nature-centric vibe. It’s a relaxing hideaway ideal for travelers and vacationers in Dilijan.
