The guesthouse is located a little bit from the center of Dilijan, and is a very nice eclectic mix of mountain cabin and house. There are lovely views to be had from the first floor, where you can enjoy the superb and freshly made breakfast in the morning. Excellent price-quality and just a nice place to relax, I would go there again.

The host was wonderful, the location was excellent, and the house was spotless and beautifully designed. We stayed for five nights and it was truly one of the best experiences we’ve had. We highly recommend this place.

The owners are very friendly, they take care of the guesthouse very well and make a delicious breakfast. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The guesthouse is a 30 minute walk out of the middle of town but it is really quiet for a good night sleep.

Artsiv is a magical place. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended not once but twice. Zina’s breakfasts are something to behold. Their garden was full of colour at the time of my visit. I return home on evening to find a vase of cut roses on the table, after a long day Zina brought juice, Armenian coffee and a local made cake. I’ll be looking to return.

“Lovely traditional home stay with kind and welcoming hosts”

The home owners Susan and Sina were so welcoming and lovely. We were very comfortable. If we needed anything, we just asked and they gladly helped us. The wifi connection was good. The weather changed to be very cold during our stay so the hosts made sure we had extra blankets and that we were warm. Susan kindly made us tea and provided some waffles and fruit when we arrived. We also asked for the breakfast each morning which was 2000 dram each. They put on such a beautiful and delicious feast. The home is decorated with many traditional and interesting items, and we enjoyed playing chess. This is a great place for people who like to stay in an older property.

“Great guesthouse with amazing owners!”

Really cozy room with a bathroom and small terrace. All furnitures are self-made of wood. Huge breakfast with full variety of fruits, vegetables, cheese, home made toasts and waffles, and with coffee and tea. The owners are very welcoming and friendly, happy to help with everything, even with transfer to other places. And if you love dogs, definitely stay here. I would love come back again!

Our stay at Artstiv was amazing. Thank you very much for a beautiful three days. A very nice and kind mother of the owner, she wore a pearl necklace even while tending the garden - very nice :) A house with a beautiful garden, great facilities, comfortable and unrivaled rooms with bathroom and small kitchen. We will never forget the amazing breakfasts and dinners in the garden :) We always took photos to remember those amazing meals, we will try to cook them at home and remind ourselves of Armeni great cuisine :) The location of the accommodation is also a good starting position for trips- we had a car and it was even more convenient. Close to the accommodation there is a connection to the marked route - Dilijan - Lake Parz. We highly recommend ARTSTIV to everyone, you will be very satisfied here :)

Had a lovely stay at Artsiv Guesthouse. Staff were hospitable, I let them know in advance of my dietary requirements, and I had an excellent spread for breakfast each morning. Clean, cosy room as well.

I’m in love with their dog he is so excited and happy to see the guests. Love it! The hosts were extremely humble and not to forget pretty too… They took us to the house tour and even though they could not speak complete English explained through broken English and signs about the place.
