“Decent place overall, but the property is in clear need of renovation”

hosts were very nice and kind. breakfast was plentiful.

After a change of room (the original had the bathroom along the corridor) I was given the room with a balcony which was much superior for very little extra money .Room was large and pleasant with integral shower room. Breakfast (extra) was excellent and served beautifully in the large dining room . Full marks for the daughter of the hostess who I spoke to by telephone and who resolved the initial problem quickly and amicably. A long but fairly pleasant walk into town .

Everything, people are great and so it’s the location as the facilities. The hostage Hermine, she is very helpful and nice. The breakfast is great also

Being close to the road, the place is very calm and quiet. You can easily access the "center" by taxi or a short walk by the river. The homemade food served by the host is perfect. Just ask to prepare a local dinner for you and you will not regret ;)

The host was the sweetest and kindest woman we met during our Armenian trip! Plus, she's an excellent cook! The guesthouse is well located, it is possible to have both breakfast and dinner there (higlhly recommended), for some additional cost, at flexible hours.

“Great stay, lovely food”

We were welcomed with coffee and homemade dried fruits. We had the room with the balcony and this was lovely to sit out on. It also has an ensuite which was great! The food is fantastic, definitely have the breakfast and dinner. It's very peaceful at the guesthouse and you can walk into town through the park on the other side of the stream. We were able to park our car inside the garden.

The guesthouse was very good. The hostess is great: she has met me at 4am at night after the transfer as the flight to Erevan from Europe lands at 2-3am. The breakfast was great with many choices of local food.

I really liked the daily breakfast on the patio with a beautiful view into the garden. The friendly host Hermine prepared individually and fresh on the spot and served it with a smile every day! Also the dinner was great. The house itself has soul and lots of wood, plus wonderful views to the surrounding mountains. It's a good starting point for many hikes.

Exceptionally friendly hosts who are always willing to help. We were made a wonderful dinner and breakfast that was better than most restaurants we have visited in Armenia. I highly recommend a stay here. Thank you very much!

It's a really nice place to stay. Feels very homely. Breakfast is great. The location is perfect, beautiful view from the balcony and excellent location for hiking around the beautiful national park. My friend also had to do some remote work there and so it's also worth noting that the WiFi works very well.
