“Acceptable except for the pool”
More of a business hotel than tourist hotel. The best way to describe it is a hospital. Stark white with hard surfaces. Only a couple of rooms were occupied. Located inside the neighborhood and walkable to the bustling mall. Staff are friendly, the ladies at the front counter were cute. Breakfast was good.

Quiet. Nice breakfast. Some Bauh naga be nice, though. Very large centrally located pool. Internet was good if it wasn't for the outages. Staff very willing to assist. Thanks.

“Majestic old hotel, with first class staff and service.”
Staff were amazing. Very helpful with directions, advice and pick up and drop off were both free of charge. Fatima, Luiza and Natalia on the front desk were every day very helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was good for laps. Location was easy access from airport and to down town.

“An attractive and peaceful hotel with friendly staff and good access to all parts of Dili.”
The hotel is just a 1 minute walk from Dili's main east-west thoroughfare but feels fairly quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool, in a well-kept garden-courtyard overlooked by the whitewashed neo-colonial architecture, is very pleasant. There were very few guests when I was there, so I had the pool to myself! Breakfast alternated between a small buffet and à la carte selection, depending on the number of guests; in either case it was satisfactory, with fruit and salad in addition to the traditional breakfast dishes. The room was spacious, with plentiful drawers, wardrobe and cupboard space. Staff were very helpful and helped me book a tour with 4WD to Mount Ramelau.

“Comfortable stay in grand, almost empty hotel”
A nice hotel but almost empty- a little off putting. Restaurant had a good varied menu. Free drop off/pickup from airport/ferry. Staff very helpful.

“Comfortable , visually impressive hotel in isolated location”
Very comfortable room. Quite impressive foyer. Big pool. Restaurant had good range of cuisines. Supermarket close. Pick up from airport and to ferry terminal provided free of charge. Staff very lovely, helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff, good breakfast options included and a nice pool with a good poolside area for working off a laptop or just for relaxing.

“It’s was a great stay- the staff were incredible, made the whole experience memorable”
Breakfast is a lovely selection of choices - swimming pool was great- staff were lovely and more than accommodating on every request we made- couldn’t have asked for anything more! Will go back in July 24

The hotel was clean and the rooms well maintained. Quiet ambience. Staff were attentive to all needs. Restaurant menu was good - especially enjoyed the Korean food menu.
