“Bad experience”

I booked and the next day I have not checked out yet when I goto renew because I pay daily I was told that the room I booked has already been rented out so sad

“Good price and location”

The room was a decent size and had AC. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the seafront, lots of restaurants and coffee shops close by. 15/20 minutes taxi ride to/from the airport. They did let me check in a little early

Hearing people in other rooms. There was gentlemen in the room next to mine that…mhm…having a special evening with a person. So please make the rooms sound proof for privacy.

“Basic, dirty and in need of some love”

There honestly wasn’t much to like. If I had to highlight something, it was simply functional and centrally located.

The location was nice and the staff was very helpful.

It is a very good place cause it is near the central part of the city. From there you can easily get to many places like the Museum, the ferry port in only 5 minutes.

It's not a bad place considering the standards of the country. The room is spacious and the amenities work.

Easy to find, close to Crocodile pool (yes you really can see it there!). There is a kettle in room to make your morning coffee

“As for East Timore it is okay”

Okay, so, taking into account that you are in East Timor and not in any European city, I can say it’s good. The rooms are old and run-down (that’s why we were really surprised that they take a $10 deposit — like, for what?). It’s generally clean, no bugs in the room, the shower was okay, nice hot water. The light in the bathroom is very poor, but again — it’s East Timor. For this standard, it’s definitely overpriced compared to other countries, but again, East Timor is quite expensive. The location is perfect.

“Best quality price ratio in town”

Quiet, clean, large and comfy rooms. Nice and smiling staff. Wifi not very fast but mostly enough which is rare. No road noise or dogs or anything. Hot water shower.

“Location, price and comfort.”

The location was very suitable for the Dili Port and going to Atauro Island. Also close to resistance museum and presidential palace. It was clean and good price. They kindly minded our bags while we went to Atauro.

“Good budget hotel”

There are little fridge, universal sockets in room. No lift, but the rooms upstairs are bigger. Stayed in 303 for 3 nights. The Wi-Fi router is just outside my door, so the signal and speed are good. Big cockroaches crowding outside in the parking lot at night, but there is neither cockroach and ants in room. The deposit is $10, which is returned upon check-out. However, if you check out too early in the morning, you need to confirm with the front desk in advance. However, even if you confirm in advance, there may not be anyone at the front desk. You can just go to the room inside the front desk and wake up the staff. There is also a person responsible for unlocking the external gate, and he sleeps on a bench outside. By the way, to take the No. 9 and No. 10 microlets to the airport, walk about 100 meters north from the hotel and wait at the southwest corner of the intersection next to Peace Coffee. The No. 10 microlet goes west, and the No. 9 microlet goes south. The first No. 10 microlet starts at 5:00am. It takes about 15 mins to reach the roundabout south of the airport.

Very good location, quiet at night. Very close to microlet 9/10(peace coffee). 303 room is big. No ants and no cockroaches! There is a pretty and skinny staff who speaks good English, has been very helpful.

Clean, tidy, good wifi, large rooms, and friendly staff, all in a central location. I stayed here one night before deparing Dili and to be honest, I wish I had chosen to stay there earlier in my trip when I was in Dili for 3 nights. Would definitley stay again.
