It was very difficult for me to find the place, as it was new, with no sign for it and the locals didnt.know of it. When my taxi driver rang the number I had for the place, the man he spoke to denied any knowledge of it. Eventually we found it. The manager Chaz was very welcoming. However on arrival he said I should speak to his boss. Then put me on the phone a man called Mohammed in London. We then asked me if i had been told about the problem they had, with the place next door which had music playing until gone midnight. I said that I was not made aware of this, prior to my coming, therefore I would not be paying for the 7 nights i had booked on here. When I told him that the man answering the phone when I rang yhe number, had denied knowing it. He said that that man had left as he had been taking bookings and keeping the money etc. I said then you should have changed the number. I also said that it stated that the swimming pool was blowed from 23rd December until 1st January 2024, he said that was a mistake. He was not happy about this. But I agreed to pay for 3 nights and see how it went. There were many problems.
