“Misleading photos and description / photos et descriptifs mensongers”
We booked a 2-bedroom apartment, 75m2, but when we arrived the apartment was only 1 bedroom and very small. It bore no resemblance to the photos of the apartment we had paid for. My photos show screenshots of my booking, with yellow highlights where the description is false. The other photos are the ones I took in the apartment. When I phoned the owner, he claimed it was my mistake or there was a bug in the Booking.com system, repeatedly told me "not to worry" but refused to accept the apartment was not the one we had booked and paid for. Booking.com customer services advised us by telephone to leave, but then afterwards refused to refund our money. AVOID.
