Overview
Located in the Knuckles Mountain Range in Sri Lanka, Welikande Yoga Retreats features splendid views over the Victoria Dam Reservoir and the Knuckles Range National Park. It offers accommodation with free WiFi access in the reception area. Featuring mountain, lake and garden views, the fan-cooled accommodations feature an electric kettle and an outdoor seating area. The bathrooms offer shower facilities and toiletries. Authentic Sri Lankan delights are served at the restaurant, which offers delights from its dining menu. Vegan meals can also be prepared upon request. Guests can enjoy activities such as yoga, meditation and trekking. Facilities include a business centre and a tour desk and services provided consist of luggage storage, shuttle and laundry services. “Best stay during my 1 month trip!”
The views are amazing. The pool and yoga spaces are great. The hosts and staff and very welcoming and kind. Good value for money for what you get. The meals are very tasty and well thought out. You will meet a variety of people form all walks of life - good for solo traveler's.

“Breathtaking view, amazing food, lovely people”
The view is absolutely stunning! The staff and the guests are lovely, there’s such a nice vibe and the food is to die for. The morning and evening yoga studios overlook the valley and you see the sun set. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Very helpful staff. Amazing food. The place feels like home. We loved the family breakfast and dinner. Yoga classes were great. The owners supported us in all matters. We will for sure come back!

“Beautiful location and experiences, but the rooms need some cleaning and updating.”
The views all around the property were amazing. The breakfast and dinners were excellent, fresh and full of flavour. All of the staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The yoga classes twice daily were taught by brilliant teachers. They gave excellent instructions and advice. The Helloya trek activity was wonderful and I would highly recommend it.

“Yoga heaven in the mountains”
Amazing location a home away from home. communal areas are superb. A great way to get to know people that are in to yoga and tracking. The yoga instructor is fab. The vegetarian menu was ever surprising and delicious. I recommend this especially to solo travelers.
