Absolutely outstanding accommodation, I don't think I have ever stayed anywhere so nice. The food was exceptionally good and it was lovely just spending time by the pool. I would 100% recommend.

Staff very helpful. Rooms comfortable, very clean and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable beds. Gardens well maintained. Dining area very pleasing. Sri lankan breakfast was excellent. The chef went the extra mile to supply us with "Kola kande", a healthy Sri lankan herbal porridge. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Look forward to another stay.

“Very customer oriented resort!”

I arrived very early in the morning from the airport and the hotel management allowed me to have an early check in without any additional charge, which was very kind. The next day I went hiking to Knuckles mountain and asked to take a shower afterwards. It was also permitted. Unfortunately, I did not have breakfast, because I woke up too late but the lunch was quite good. I asked to pack a breakfast for my early morning departure and received a nice package with sandwiches, bananas, mini cakes, cookies and a bottle of water (perfect!) Serendib Signature resort is located in a very green, picturesque and quiet area. The rooms are spacious and decorated with a good taste. The personnel is very friendly. It has a pool, which was an unexpected surprise. Shower gel, shampoo and body lotion have nice smell and of a good quality.

The staff were amazing, they made our stay so enjoyable they did everything in their power to help us in every way. One of our friends had a birthday and they decorated both the room and the restaurant for the birthday it was amazing

We selected this hotel to get out from our stressful routine life, and our choice was absolutely correct. The property had the much anticipated tranquility and the greenery that we were looking forward for. The staff was extremely cordial and corporative. The food was not cheap but definitely more than valuable for the price paid for. The resort is not for business travellers since it's little far from Kandy City.

“Best place ever”

On my way to Mahiyangana, since it was too late, we booked this hotel for a stop over. The place was unbelievably stunning with a very large forest feeling garden.The front office was extremely supportive and was helpful even we arrived late. Though we booked a standard room, they gave a free upgrade since there were rooms available in the deluxe category. The rooms are decorated with reach kandyan deco that takes you to a bygone era and really nice and spacious. We did not have dinner since it was late, and the morning breakfast with live actions were more than we expected. The whole staff was very supportive.

Location was excellent. We haven’t had any breakfast during our stay due to the cost.
