Exceptionally nice and stylish apartment in an old (renovated) Bavarian village house. Well equipped, cosy, and with beautiful nature sites from the apartment’s windows.

“A real home away from home”
From the moment you step into the apartment, you can actually feel the love it was built and decorated with. Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted by our kind hostess Michaela who showed us around and shared a few first tips. The apartment was very spacious, impeccably clean, fully equipped, warm (underfloor heating) and absolutely comfortable. Even though the house faces the main village street, the sound insulation with the windows closed was great. What made our stay memorable, though, was beyond the amenities of the apartment and included Michaela escorting us and our daughter to see the horses on site, offering us tips about the area , inviting us to a local celebration which we really enjoyed and meeting us upon our departure to warmly say goodbye. “The apartment is great and cozy!!”
Our family is absolutely delighted with this beautiful apartment! The house smells of wood and cleanliness! Very cozy and warm! The beds were very comfortable, the blankets and pillows were down and very high quality! The owner of the apartment, Mikaela, was very hospitable, we are grateful to her for her attention to detail and pleasant communication!

“We adore Ferienwohnung beim Hainz! It's been an incredible experience!”
We had such a delightful stay! Our group of five absolutely adored this place. We were completely enchanted by the interior decor and were truly wowed by the furniture. Experiencing the fusion of farm life was a highlight, and the three horses were as stunning as our gracious host, Michaela.
