Wifi doesn't work in room 201. Very week.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are modern and comfortable. All is new and clean. Coffee and tea are available in the hallway. We enjoyed how quiet it was. We got a family room on the rear.

Perfect location right in the heart of the city. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant downstairs served amazing food. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable.

“Esplanade Excellence”

From the time we arrived we were treated very well, with everything about the Hotel explained and even an upgrade of our room. Our bikes were put in a looked room overnight for us and our bags, which we had many were taken to our room.We highly recommend this Hotel, and believe it should be rated higher than 3 stars.

“Better than expected”

Super-clean room and bathroom. Very pleasant ambience and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the large television and the thoughtful usb socket under the light. The tea and coffee was another touch that I appreciated. I will stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay near Diekierch.

“On the whole I liked the hotel”

Breakfast was ok. Not much variety but good. The location was easy to find and central. I liked the wood aspects in the hotel.

Warm design, the wooden walls were a pleasant surprise! The Coffee corner on the corridor is an excelent choice! Thank to whom had that idea! Quiet ambiance..

“Nice hotel”

The hotel was almost in city centre. The room was quiet and clean. Parking was possible on the street or in near parking lot, and we could leave our bikes in hotel.

“Location and service great, but clairaudient walls”

Staff was friendly and rooms modern and clean, lift available and location quite good

At the reservation we mentioned that we would be accompanied by our small dog. We never got a confirmation, or a price for this additional request. At the check-out we were charged an outrageous amount of euro 25, which is 2-3 times of what is usual for a hotel of this standing. We now suspect that they deliberately did not confirm our request to overcharge the dog.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. Always with the smile. We requested extra blanket, so it was already arranged for us at the time of checking in. Rooms are really clean, smells good, and has really clean and comfy beds. We got 4person room whitch divided in two bedrooms separate with door and both rooms had its own airco and tv. One toilet and the shower to share. The soap/body wash/shampoo was really nice and smell good. Our room was on the other side from the street and we heard no sound from outside despite the fact that on the street late at night busy bars was open and were full of ppl. We loved interior and huge tedy bears in the hallway🥰🧸🧸🧸🧸 was a plesant stay, would recomend for everyone!!! Person at the reception speak very good English and there was no communication problems. Brekfast was good and quiet big asortiment. Definitely worth 13eu! Thank you for everything! Hopefully we will return there one day again!

everything was as expected, personelle was very nice and helpfull. correct price, great waterpressure in shower, bathrooms looked very clean, the breakfast was a silmple buffet but overall everything you can think off about a breakfast was present. in general we liked our stay.

we had the family room, which is ideal for 2 parents + 2 (even adult) children very nice interior, comfy rooms breakfast was very good you can also have lunch here but there are plenty of restaurants in the center as well
