The stay was generally okay, but there were a few things that could be improved. There was only one air conditioner available for three rooms, which made it a bit uncomfortable. There was also a slight unpleasant smell in the rooms. The refrigerator was turned off when we arrived, which unfortunately allowed some ants to gather inside. Overall, the cleanliness could be improved.

“Excellent location and owners”

The dear little lady that runs things is so busy and always cleaning/washing and tries to enjoy little chats,she even brought my washing In when it rained. The house is beautiful and very centrally located to be quiet enough and walking distance to all beach bars restaurants.There is a washing machine for use which was very useful when travelling around, we also had use of a kitchen hob,kettle and fridge freezer

The location was good - a short work to Dickwella Beach. The property has potential with some new mattresses, pillows and a shower curtain needed. Access to the kitchen and communal area was great. The rooms and facilities were clean. Mosquito net was appreciated.

“we really enjoyed it, and we will definitely stay there again when we visit Dickwella”
we’ve booked the whole second floor (three bedrooms) for our family of 5. the host was very caring and helpful. the place was quite, spacious, located just nearby Cargills grocery store, which is pretty convenient.

“Really Lovely Stay”
The room with AC was really nice. The host was very accommodating and friendly. I like that there was a washing machine available in the apartment. It was a short distance to the quiet beach.

“Horrible”
We had rats in the house that ate through some of our bags and electronics and food. Owner told us he was going to pay for dammages but once we told the amount of dammages offered us a 1 night stay discount instead. They pressured us by hiding one of our bags and threatened us to call the police

“Great”
The location was great, really close to everything you need but not too near the main busy road that you're hearing the traffic all the time. Great facilities, we loved the free washing machine, communal kitchen and spacious room. Very basic but for the price it was well worth the stay!

“Perfect beach-side stay”
The host was so nice and helpful. Location was fantastic - so close to the beach but in a quiet part of town within easy reach of the bus station and local restaurants. We couldn't fault our stay at all!
