Great hospitable owners & hosts, with a great garden and rooms. Great location also, with a bakery cafe opposite. The garden is very nice.

“Not bad not good. Just average”
Property is basic, not bad not good. Rooms should be cleaned everyday but they are not. Anyway I asked them for a fresh towel and I got it. It was the only option available during New Year’s, if I had other option I would choose it and even pay 3 times more for a better standard and daily cleaning and fresh towel everyday. Property is located 3 minutes walk to Dickwella beach and 10 minutes to Hiriketiya beach which was convenient.

“Best place to stay in Hiri!”
A charming place to stay in a great location in Hiri, close to beaches and amenities. The best part is the most welcoming host who will make you feel right at home! The pace has been recently refurbished and felt fresh and crisp. Highly recommend this place!!!

“Thusitha's Nest- A Hidden Gem Near Hiriketiya!”
Location & Convenience: The location is ideal.It's situated just a few meters from the A2 highway (Galle-Tangalle), making it incredibly easy to find and use as a base for exploring the south coast. Despite this, it feels wonderfully secluded and peaceful. The famous Hiriketiya Beach is just a short ride away, which is a major plus. The Room & Amenities: The room was very spacious,clean, and modern. It had absolutely everything I needed for a comfortable stay. All the amenities were in perfect working order and of good quality. The room faces the garden, which creates a lovely, serene atmosphere. Atmosphere: One of the standout features is the tranquility.You would never guess you're so close to a main road. The environment is very quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of surfing or sightseeing. Waking up to a garden view was a delight. Overall: Thusitha's Nest offers incredible value.It combines prime convenience with a quiet, relaxing retreat. The room is excellent, the location is perfect for accessing Hiriketiya and beyond, and the peaceful environment is the cherry on top. I highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Sri Lanka's south coast.

.Great location and excellent value for money. The only downside is the lack of WiFi signal, which can be frustrating. However, if that’s not a priority for you, it’s a solid choice for the price.

“Beautiful and Local Experience🌟🌟🌟🌟”
If you're looking for a local and natural Sri Lankan homestay then book here. I loved the host family. They are so kind and helpful. They made my experience great. I was made to feel very welcome in their home. They also cook great meals for a great price. The garden is beautiful with lots of animals including monkeys and peacocks. Peaceful getaway that's affordable and honest. You can prepare hot drinks and have a spacious room in the kitchen area to work. Close-by to Hirkeytia beach and Dikwella Town. Walking distance to everything. Also have a local restaurant that's very affordable right next door on the main street Not to mention the beds are really comfortable and everything is clean. My most favourite place in Sri Lanka so far!

“It's okay”
Nice house and garden. It's just a few minute walk away from the beach. Everything is close by. Very friendly family. When the lights went out they gave us a candle and offered us tea many times.
