“Location Rooms Host can’t be beaten”

We have been to this area before and a place between the 2 beaches is the only way to go and Kolition Villa is perfect! The extra bonus is the SurfNSpice restaurant across the road which is excellent..

Everything was amazing! Room was clean, spacious, bright and comfy. Out my balcony I could see monkies :) staff so helpful and location perfect, quiet but only afew minutes walk to both beaches, as well as restaurants right beside!

Beautiful old house with interesting architecture. Perfectly located between the two beaches in Dikwella. Super friendly host, who helped us with tips for the area, a medical issue and organizing a driver!

Great location between Hiriketiya and Dickwella beach, close to many good value restaurants. Great to have a balcony, ac and mosquito net. The hosts were lovely and someone was always available, living straight beneath in the same house.

“A pretty confusing stay in a clean and secluded villa.”

The villa is located in a secluded part between Dikwella beach and Hiriketiya beach which makes it more quiet and calm than other accommodation in the area. The room was big, clean and with good AC and great WiFi. The family that runs the place was nice and I felt safe staying there.

Kolition Villa has been one of our favourite stays in Sri Lanka. It is so peaceful in between the busy Hiriketiya and the quieter Dickwella beaches. The walks along the beaches in both directions are lovely. Surrounded by amazing cafes and restaurants. The family are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We particularly liked our room with the balcony and sea view. Thanks for everything.

Great owner, good location, nice room

I liked the location not in the very middle of Hiriketiya, it’s between 2 beaches, so it is calm and yet you can walk everywhere very quickly. The rooms are big and comfortable and The owner is very nice.

Brilliant location, smack bang in the middle of the two beaches but also in a much quieter part of town surrounded by great places to eat and drink! The host family were lovely and so helpful!
