Lovely homestay just outside the Busy centre of hiriketiya. Super friendly and helpfull family. With an amazing home cooked breakfast every morning. Big green garden that attracts a lot of animals. Nice clean room with ac. If you’re looking for a nice calm place to stay but very close to the centre this is it for you!

“A jungle home with best breakfast”

A real jungle vibe with clean and big rooms with AC. The rooms were spacious and clean, very good bathroom. The breakfast was amazing!!! I would stay for a month just for the breakfast. The family was so friendly and accommodating, we even got invited to the birthday party and had cake. They also had a really cute 4 month puppy too called cashew.

Very friendly hosts. Nice bed. They were doing construction in their own house next to the rooms but there was no noise coming from that when i stayed there. They have a cute dog (about 11 months) and a fierce orange cat. Monkeys come by now and then and cute birds use the ‘birdhouses’.

The hosts are soooo amazing. So kind and give you the best service ever. The wife organizes cooking courses as well and makes the most delicious breakfast (included). Clean rooms, good AC and nice and calm garden where some monkeys are playing. One of my best stays from the last 3 months!!

“Nice and quiet place”

Very nice and spacious room with comfortable bed and nice shower. Located in a peaceful and quiet place, but not very close to the beach. Good breakfast.

Nice clean room, perfect wifi, good airco, big breakfast and green environment. Very friendly and helpful hosts, the owner even escorted us from the beach back to the guesthouse in the dark. Also, good food at his food truck.

It is from the main street, so it is peacfull, only birds, chickens and monkeys making noise. We had a big room with bathroom and a hot shower water. Breakfast was very good, portions are big, with fruit in the end. We had our own coffee, so we asked for hot water and cups and there was no problem. They were asking us each day if all is ok, if we need something. At the end they invite is into their house for coffee, before leaving. To the beach it is 10min walk, so it is not far, restaurants and shops are kn the way.

Just out of the main town. Only a short walk to the town and beach. Nice and quiet and tranquil, bird feeder in the garden, few local chickens and a rooster ( he didn’t wake us ). Room was clean, bed comfortable, ac cold and hot water shower. Breakfast on the porch every morning was delicious. Owner also owns a local restaurant and it shows in your included breakfast. Hosts are lovely. Recommend a stay at green Garden.

The breakfast was delicious! We also had dinner one night and the dishes kept coming! The location is a 10 minute walk to the beach, up a beautiful, shady road.

The hostfamily is so super sweet and lovely. They were always helping us out with everything and they were taking care of us like family. The room is spacious, modern and clean with air conditioning. The kingsize bed has a mosquitonet. The shower works great. There is fast wifi. They offer laundry service. The location is great, near the beaches Hiriketiya and Dickwella. The Green Garden makes you feel like living in oasis, a lot of nature, fruit trees, plants in the garden, monkeys, birds and much more. Their breakfast is lovely and the dinner is homemade local fresh healthy food! It was amazing and delicous. I would recommend to try it out! We were supposed to stay 1 night, but we stayed longer. Green garden is in our top 3 accomodations in Sri Lanka! Thank you for the lovely days.

The hosts were very accommodating, we had a couple of minor issues and they fixed these very promptly. The size of the room was large and very comfortable, it was clean. The seating area outside was nice and the breakfast was good.
