Dickwella Beach is an affordable property just a few steps away from the beautiful bronzed sands of Mawella Beach. Facilities include free Wi-Fi access and free parking space for guests who drive. This beachfront accommodation is 15 km away from Tangalle Railway Station and Bus Stand. Tangalle Town is also 15 km away while Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport is 59 km away. Great hotel great location & great staff all very happy and best thing was the pets. The dogs and cats make the hotel this is why we stayed we love animals. Very happy on the beach watching the ocean. Send our wishes to spicy yoga and bastar (dogs names)

“A wonderful place for a peaceful beachside getaway”
The hotel has direct access to a beautiful beach, which was one of the highlights of my stay. The beach is clean, scenic, and very relaxing. What I loved most was the room balcony, which offered a stunning sea view. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the breathtaking ocean scenery from the balcony made the experience truly memorable.

Loved the stay. So near the beach. There was a slide also around the beach which gave it such surreal homely vibe. Great english speaking owner at the reception who helped us both so many things. They let us cook in their kitchen also.

“Great hotel on a beautiful beach.”
This is lovely hotel. The entrance is right off the main road but you wouldn't know it when you step through the other side to the beautiful beach which is accessible directly from the hotel. The rooms are nice but a little dated, however, this adds to the charm. The shower was warm. The food was good and had a nice choice for all meals (additional payment required for these). The hotel did some laundry for us (additional charge) and it was back within 24 hours. We loved our stay here for 3 nights and wish we had bit longer.

We loved the restaurant and all the sun loungers right on the beach, loved our room which was very clean and well looked after. The staff were friendly and super helpful. The food was also good. My husband wouldn't forgive me if I didn't mention how much he loved the proximity to the volleyball net which is just right on the beach, he got to play every day!

There were quite a few ants in the bathroom and no maid service. Ultimately not an issue though and would stay again.

“Tranquility”
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was superb and on a quiet stretch of beach. Hiritekiya was only a short walk for surfing, loads of great cafes and a real vibrant but relaxed feel about it.

“Good location but rooms could be better”
Great location, beach view! I booked this place for the location but the rest was disappointing. I paid extra for the more modern rooms but it was ok. I think that there are better places around for USD100/night. Staff at the bar are friendly but be prepared for a long wait for food that was average. The other restaurant that was popular seemed to have shut down.

This is perfect place to stay if you want to discover hiriketiya. This was our best stay in our whole srilanka trip. Rooms are clean, the hotel has private beach access, peaceful. Manori was very nice and polite. We loved our stay. Thank you evryone. Book this stay, you will be happy.

Amazing property on the beach. Very friendly staff and always there to help you. Close to hiriketiya beach. They also help with renting bikes. Main road has a lot of amenities and atm.

View was stunning. Accommodated my request to change rooms for the corner balcony. Skink in my room had drainage issues, apart from that everything was spot on.
