“Beautiful clean and peaceful”

I think this is the best place you can stay on the southern coast. The location is perfect — close to all the best beaches, yet surrounded by peace and quiet. The villa itself is absolutely stunning — like something straight out of Pinterest. Everything was very clean and beautifully maintained. And the hosts… I fell in love with them! A huge thank you for my best experience to Imaa and her husband. I recommend this place with all my heart.

Imaa our host was wonderful, so welcoming and helpful. Our room was spotless, tastefully decorated, comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The wifi was great as was the air con. The villa was quiet and beautiful, I would highly recommend staying here. The beach is a short walk away. Imaa gave us lots of recommendations of places to eat and local sights to see. She organised a scooter for us and did our laundry, all and all our needs were met.

We had a good time!! The accomodation is in a quiet location but close to everything, Hirikeitya town is only 10 min scooter away, beach and turtle point is within walking distance. The house is super clean and the owner is very nice, helping us with everything and always smiling. will definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay. The host was incredibly helpful in every way. The hotel is surrounded by nature and is a peaceful place. The room size was very good. They even helped us with surfing lessons and took us there on their motorbikes. We will definitely come back 😊

Every day she checked in to make sure everything was okay, gave us great local recommendations, and even helped us get in touch with a surf instructor. Very beautiful and peaceful villa, next to a buddhist temple. The room was super spacious and pristine. Bed very comfy, garden beautifully maintained and the kindest and most helpful hosts. We highly recommend to anyone who is looking to be close to the beach (walking distance) in a homely stay in a more quiet and peaceful area.

This was the perfect place to unwind, relax, meet beautiful people and enjoy the town and surroundings. The family room we had was the perfect size for our family of 4. It was super spacious, beautifully decorated, with an eye for detail and comfort. The house overall was so beautiful, a lush green garden with squirrels, monkeys and a peacock as house guests and two of the best hosts we had during our trip. We truly couldn't have asked for more. Also the location was just perfect since we were super close by some beautiful beaches, great restaurants and cafés and Hiriketiya was just a short Tuktuk ride away.

“Amazing artistic place with amazing hosts”

Starting from the beginning - we were at another villa, where it was a little bit dirty and there were lizards inside our room. It could have been expected but as my fiancée has lizardfobia (if this is a thing) we needed to leave our old villa at 11-12 pm at night. We got lucky that the hosts of breeze bay villa responded and also, they came and took us in as we couldn’t find any transport to their apartment. So the start was really impressive and not every person will come and take us at midnight. The place is really gorgeous - the room is spacious, clean and the design and style is really impressive. We were really happy that we chose this villa and for the price, it is absolutely worth it. There is also a lot of services and assistance that our hosts provided and the communication with them was really smooth and easy - they can both speak and understand English and we used laundry service, information where to eat and where to beach. The apartment is on ground floor, but outside there is a nice looking space, like garden and it is cleaned and maintained really well. Also, it is close to almost everything and a tuk tuk can take you for a very few coins everywhere you want to. Bottom line - I would suggest to you if you are looking for a place somewhere near, don’t hesitate to come here. You will have a great experience!

We originally planned to stay for 2 nights, but it quickly turned into 4… and honestly, we could have stayed even longer. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with so much warmth and kindness by Ima and Kavi. The house is beautiful: very clean, cozy, and perfectly maintained. The garden is peaceful and instantly feels like home. The villa is located just outside Hiriketiya, but Ima & Kavi arranged a scooter for us, perfect! Within 5 minutes you’re in Hiriketiya, and the area around the villa is calm, green, and lovely. It’s also close to Turtle Point. For us, the location was ideal. Ima & Kavi truly think of everything and will do anything to make your stay unforgettable. They took us to a temple and a local festival and explained everything with such joy. Ima even washed our clothes for us, which was incredibly kind, and she speaks very good English, so communication was always easy and comfortable. Kavi even went to the shop especially to buy mosquito spray for me. Kavi knows all the best spots in the area and even arranged surf lessons for us. They are honest, caring, loving, and incredibly trustworthy. The room is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. And as a bonus: every afternoon a peacock visits the balcony, such a magical touch! We will truly miss Ima and Kavi. Breeze Bay Villa is a place you never want to leave. We genuinely wish everyone could experience this stay. ❤️🦚

We had a great stay here! The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, with good air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. The location is a bit away from the main tourist center, but the area is peaceful and pleasant. It’s about an 8-minute walk to the beach and around 25 minutes to Hiriketiya. The hosts also shared the contact of a friendly tuk-tuk driver who took us anywhere we needed to go at a fair price. What really made this place special were the hosts – incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful with anything we needed. We truly felt at home. They also offer private Reiki meditation and healing sessions. It was our first time trying something like this, and it turned out to be a unique and meaningful experience. Definitely worth giving it a try! Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality!

“The kindest people ever with a peaceful villa”

First of all: Imesha and Kavindu are the kindest people ever! If we needed anything (plates and that kind of stuff to eat with: they set the table - hot water: they repaired it immediately - surf coach: they knew someone - scooters: they brought them to us - doctor: they brought us - a party closely: they knew where to go - laundry: they did it). Really love them and wish all the best for them! The family room is amazing, we were with four girls and there was more than enough space. It’s also surrounded with beautiful nature and with scooters we were at Hiri Beach within 7 minutes.
