Surrounded by tropical gardens, this small beachfront property is located on Dickenson Bay, just a 5-minute drive from the shopping in downtown St John’s. It features a free-form outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi. The bright villas and cottages at Buccaneer Beach Club have cabana-style furniture and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Guests can enjoy the view from the private balcony or prepare a snack in the kitchenette, which includes a microwave and fridge. “Car repairs included”
Fantastic apartments right on an idyllic Caribbean beach. Bar and restaurant next door with a couple of other restaurants close by. The Tiki bar in the sea is great fun. The staff were all very helpful, especially the man who turned up with every spanner under the sun to help fix my broken down rental car !!!

We were only there for one night so we were not able to take advantage of the well equipped kitchen. The staff was amazing, especially Stanley and the other gentleman (sorry do not get his name). The girls were so kind as well, both the front desk and the cleaning staff.

“A lovely stay if you want relaxed time but need a car or taxi to go further”
The property was clean, well equipped and well maintained. The little beach was lovely with enough sun beds for everyone. There are only 4 restaurants in walking distance (one was around d 18 mins up the hill on the main road) and one bar that closes at 7pm. The Bucaneer shop is not very well stocked and the nearest supermarket is a drive away.

“Peaceful oasis on a busy beach”
The hotel and its gardens are extremely peaceful. They have lovely trees and flowers and lots of birds, including humming birds. Our room was spacious and comfortble and had been upgraded since our previous visit with new windows, kitchen and bathroom fitments. The pool is a good size to cool off and there is a gate from the garden onto the beach. The reception staff were helpful.

This last visit was possibly the 15th time that we have stayed at Buccaneers. It is our "go-to" resort in Antigua. The staff at reception, the cleaners and especially Stanley and Oscar provide a personal touch and always make us feel so welcome. The beach is superb and so well maintained, we have no complaints whatsoever and are looking forward already to our next visit!!

“A very relaxing stay”
Clean rooms well kept grounds and only 50 yards from a busy beach (not that you'd know it as it was so quiet) Near to both St John's and the airport (a short taxi ride to both) and reasonably priced. Places to eat within short walking distance and a great place in the evening to watch the sunset.i had a very relaxing stay

“An all round near perfect resort”
20 minutes from the airport, very obliging staff at the resort, apart was huge, open plan kitchen/ living room, good sized bathroom, large bedroom and a very comfortable bed, everything was very clean. 1 minute walk to the resort’s beach, westward facing for brilliant sunsets. Restaurants within 2-3 minutes walk of resort, all of this situated in the St John’s area of Antigua alongside Sandals beach resort - no need to look elsewhere.

“Would definitely recommend”
Resort was quiet and peaceful. Facilities were good, pool was clean and good size. Lots of shade around the pool area. Our room was very well located and close to the beach. Beach was lovely, plenty of sunbeds available. There was a swim up bar in the sea near the resort which was fun. The resort felt very secure. Staff very friendly.

Very clean, best Location on the best beach. Great staff. We saw the other spots on the same strip and this was the most modern, clean, young, and happening hotel. Would definitely come back here next time.
