The location, rooms, swimming pool, beach cleanliness, and overall service were very good. The hotel facility is beautiful and well maintained. However, the spa was a major disappointment and honestly the worst part of the experience. It is very small, congested, noisy, poorly ventilated, and does not match the quality or standard of the hotel at all. I already informed the management because this area seriously needs improvement.

Fabulous hotel, beautiful pool and amazing food.i have stayed at a lot of hotels along the beach but this one is amazing. Staff excellent. Staff was excellent. Mercia was amazing and Chaka and Hassan (pool boys) were immensely helpful.

THE HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT The main restaurant was the best,big man from malinid (AISHA JUMA BROTHER)i was very helpful, and all the staff 😀 Specially our hostess EDNA was very resourceful and helping. The reception ladies were friendly, and they helped us. Security men top notch 👌 Pool man is very helpful. The music entertainment is very loud but entertaining ,though 🤔 The entertainment team, especially the MC lady, fulfiled my request to put SOMALI MUSIC 🎶 THAT LADY MAKE ENTERTAINMENT ANOTHER LEVEL. MY WIFE AND I WE HAD SPECIAL ROMANTIC DINNER ON THE BEACH AND MR JOSEPH FROM KAMPA LAND WAS HELPFUL. ALL I CAN SAY IS SOUTHERN PALM BEACH RESORT ⛱️ IS LOVELY 😍 AND MY NEXT TRIP i.a will spend sometime 😀 THANK YOU EVERRY ONE, THE CLEANING TEAM,the security,supervisors,all the staff 😀 Thank you for your hospitality. “Brilliant place to relax”

We loved our 4 day stay here. Staff were universally friendly, thoughtful and kind. Great facilities - pools were fab and just enough organised activities (aerobics, volleyball etc) without it feeling liked forced fun. Absolutely wonderful food. I really loved the indian food in particular, so well cooked, and the high tea was great! Thank you so much for a lovely end to our holiday.

The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional always ready with a smile and happy to help. The all-inclusive experience was exceptional, with a great variety of delicious food and drinks, and plenty of activities to enjoy. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with stunning beach views and a relaxing atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to start our new chapter. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking to unwind in paradise!

“We had an enjoyable stay”

The hotel was beautiful and staff incredible and couldn’t do enough for the you. The view towards the beach is also amazing. However the rooms are dated and very noisy as you could hear your neighbours all around you so we had trouble sleeping and were then woken up early to banging doors and people chatting. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. Definitely give it a day or 2 and then head onto another venue as it is a very traditional hotel.
