A perfect stay, this property is now on top of our list. After traveling for a long time and staying in a lot of places, this is our favourite in Kenya. The host greeted us to hand over the key and she explained everything about the stay. The place was really quiet and peaceful, and we loved it. The pool was a great addition too. The beach was within walking distance, or you could take a tuk-tuk to get to Diani Beach. The cleaning is daily, and this place is impeccably clean. Our faucet was broken, and they fixed it immediately that same day. It was also located in a fenced area with a guard at night. We felt really safe. There was also a safe in the room. The kitchen had all we needed. A wonderful stay.

Safina Cottages has the most amazing host. She recommended places for us to go and went out of her way to ensure we found the best Supermarket, Restaurants, and Beach to visit. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff are lovely and welcoming. We are so grateful to all at Safina for making our stay in Diani Beach so enjoyable. Thank you 😃

This is one of the best places l have stayed in Diani with children. Very family oriented! Close to supermarkets, places to eat and a walk to the beach. Our host Brigit was a warm and amazing lady. The staff were extremely friendly as well Place is very clean(cleaned daily), has a well equipped kitchen, rooms are also quite spacious and has a nice lounge area. I will definitely be back !!😊😊

“A truly amazing place to stay”

Bridget and the team were amazing, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. As Bridget said it was her home and we were the invited guests and what a welcome. I became unwell and was in hospital for four days and when I got back, they brought me a bowl of fruit and a get-well card. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. As far as I am concerned there are a number of levels of customer service from very poor to exceptional, Safina cottages has added a whole new level above exceptional. We can not wait to return.

Very quiet, not crowded. Security was brilliant. So perfect for families with children as they could run around at free will and enjoy themselves. The pool was nice and clean. The grounds were well maintained. Monkeys and birds around to add to the nature. Members of staff were brilliant too and supported us with anything we needed. The cottage is well positioned, not far from Ukunda airport, beaches and shopping centres. It was a pleasant stay, a home away from home. Thank you William, Birgit and the whole team for having us.

We were in Diani end of June,  the weather was cool and nice, we didn't even need air conditioning. The staff were so polite, helpful and welcoming.  When we asked for anything, it was brought to us immediately. We felt safe and secure and we didn't lose one thing when we left the cottage, the secutity guard kept checking around to ensure all was well. Power went out one night and the generator kicked right in.  The property is beautiful with lots of trees and this gives a nice breeze.  Location is excellent! central to everything, very close to a supermarket,  restaurants....the beach is 10 minutes walk away. We stayed in villa 3 that's right next to the pool, the pool was kept clean and inviting, we enjoyed it a lot. Housekeeping keeps the place spotless.  There's housekeeping everyday except Sundays. Emily scrubs everything in detail, really.......as soon as we walked in, we noticed how sparkling clean the place is. Juma is always working in the garden, everything is so well maintained.  We cooked our food, they have everything you need in the kitchen to make meals. Definitely a place I'd visit over and over when in Diani when I need some quiet time.

Very peaceful place. Friendly staff. Every small things were fixed in minutes. Terrass is comfortable to sit outside as a smoker. Pool is big enough to swim some lanes and is clean. Close to supermarket and restaurants and the main road. Highly secure place. Friendly owner gives a lot of tips.

The safety. We feel safe. The location is nearby to everything. We love the staff they were so kind and helpful. From the security to the pool cleaner to the house cleaner to the host all were kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it to our friends.
