“Amazing villa!”

everything was amazing! Beautiful villa with swimmingpool, great staff, very nice and helpful owner. It was very clean and cosy. There was hot water and AC i every room. Great place to stay in Diani :)

Very nice pool, also big yard and comfortable beds. Hosts are nice people, everything was safe, 24h security also house keeper always here.

“Double booked!”

We cannot review as this property had been double booked without letting us know. We had booked months earlier. On arrival we had no accommodation! The hosts tried to unfairly blame the booking agent and had no care for us. They were forceful in refusing assistance and it was difficult to find an available villa after three nights with a helpful neighbour. We settled for an apartment. The booking agent was considerably more helpful. The hosts are uncaring and untrustworthy. Avoid this property!

The host and staff were all very warm and welcoming. Always ready to help when called upon . Nice neighbourhood and convenient to move around to access amenities. Such a lovely house

“Roseville was the best villa in Diani”

Big rooms, homely, great staffs. Great Host!!! Roseville is a great, beautiful villa in Diani, very spacious, and homely, a group of 10 and we all fitted in, Sarah and Morgan are great staffs and they made our stay enjoyable. Kids loved the clean, spacious swimming pool🏊‍♀️ , villa very close to shops and beach. Friendly dogs, cats and turtles 🐢 I would recommend this Villa to my friends and family Thanks to Rose and husband for hosting us. We are coming back soon

The place was way above my expectations. The host is very friendly, communicates in time, clean compound,safe and close to the beach.cant wait to get there some other time soon

Location is so great. Our children loved the pool, tortious and cats and dogs around the garden

A home away from home. Simply gorgeous accomodations. So much space, a wonderful pool area, a dream kitchen with everything you'll need. Comfortable beds, great shower, they even supplied drinking water. The staff are super attentive, and you can get the place cleaned every day, it seems. Everything is in mint condition. The space is huge. Super clean! This is a place I could spend months at. The most secure we've been to. Two gates to go through, and a security guard goes around the property all night. The place was so nice we didn't even feel like going to the beach. Great value for money as well!

Beautiful apartment in Beautiful house.

Large private villa, swimming pool, beautiful courtyard. Very clean. Equipped kitchen. Everything is better than in the photo. On each floor there are 2 large bedrooms with air conditioning and a bathroom. There is a guarded territory in the cottage village and there is also a maid and a security guard in the villa. The maid helped with all questions. The problems were quickly fixed. There are power outages in Ukunda - in this case, the generator is turned on and everything works fine. The nearest beach is a 12-minute walk away. Sometimes we took a tuktuk to the Jacaranda Hotel - there are fewer tides and you can rent sun beds. We get a fruit basket as a gift. We liked everything, thank you

The location is fabulous. Rose is extremely friendly and so helpful even suggesting places of interest to visit. And calling you to make sure all is well. Mike, Paul and Caroline are simply wonderful and welcoming. They went extra mile beyond duty and treated us as family. It was a great pleasure to know you all and we're very grateful. The villa is very clean, excellent and pool majestic, just awesome. We were sad to leave but plan another visit God willing.

The caretaker Rachel makes our stay even better. She is a blessing for the place and for us.

“Value for Money at Roseville”

Our four-night stay at Roseville with my family (3 girls, a boy, and my wife) was fantastic. The facility is well-maintained and kept clean, and the garden offers a serene atmosphere. I can't forget the amazing pool. Oh, and my little ones loved the tortoises in the garden! Everything was wonderful, thanks to the host, who communicated clearly, and the support staff, who were always available to help and recommend places to visit or get something while in Diani. I would book this facility a million times in the future as it exceeded our expectations!

“Wished we could have stayed longer.”

The house was big and well equipped. The care taker did the cleaning as expected and went beyond with any demands we had, greatly appreciated. The compound is well kept with vegetation all round and in good condition. The pool and the deck chairs were always clean and well maintained. There is an area with a swing bed where we passed our afternoons and loved it so much. There were animals in the compound which we were informed of, my daughter loved them. The area is very calm with lots of birds, close to the beach and the shops by foot, 5 minutes top.

The entire compound was very nice clean, the host were fantastic, and their helpers were outstanding, I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings , the pool area was great, chief Fedy was awesome, the dogs and cats nice.

“Perfect holiday with my family and friends!”

Our two families of 5 adults and 2 kids had an amazing holiday at Roseville for Christmas and New Years. Loved beginning every morning by the pool and then head to the beach for the afternoon and dinner, easily accessible by walking or a short tuk-tuk ride. Great location close to grocery stores and restaurants and the owner recommended a chef who made us breakfast every morning. Everyone at the house was super friendly and helpful and made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. The owner also shared great recommendations for fun activities for the kids which was much appreciated. Can't wait to come back!

Swahili Breakfast prepared by the in-house staff was awesome. You have to pre-arrange that. Lunch and dinner was da bomb...!!! Loved every bit of it. My kids and a family friend with his family enjoyed every bit of the stay. The Security within the compound is tight with a very alert K-9 taking the Big Brother role. You can't dare him... He knows the visitors and can tell an intruder.
