“Did not honour my online booking.”
They could not honour my online booking. Instead, they told me I would be upgraded at an additional charge which of course was out of budget.

Fact I was given another place instead of.this and paid more as an expectancy rather than offering it out of goodwill because of the error being the owners. Would have been offered a bottle of wine but didn't get that!

1. Location is awesome. Sits close, walking distance, from Ukunda(10 mins) and Diani Beachfront(20 mins) 2. Fast reliable WiFi 3. Spacious well ventilated room with 2 portable fans. 4. Very responsive host. 5. Swimming lessons available at a hotel swimming pool 200m from accommodation offered at affordable rates by a professional trainer 6. Suitable for business and leisure stay in equal measure
