“Good, but be aware of AC hours”
Location is excellent, ample bedroom with easy access to the beach. The dogs in the property are lovely as well.

“Most cozy and beautiful Hotel in Diani :)”
The place is really really nice. Quite colorful, everything is super clean and confortable. The beach is 200m from the pool, so quite near. The breakfast was always delicious and the personal are incredibly nice. Wilson was the best :). They can also help you book your activities while in Diani. The common areas are great! Also the room quite matched the pictures :). Will absolutely come back! I was travelling alone and can only recommend.

“Great location, well run, friendly and safe.”
The rooms are spacious and the shower has excellent pressure and plenty of hot water. The location is excellent very close to the beach, supermarkets shops and restaurants. The staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble always smiling and happy to help. A lovely family home.some of the rooms are more basic than others.

“Good price and location but lack of ac affected my stay”
Despite reviews I read and pictures I saw, there was a mosquito net in my room which was a pleasant surprise. Location is great. It doesn’t have private beach but walkway to a good part on public beach. Staff at the house were really nice and breakfast was good.

At Footprints you feel just like at home. Reesha and her husband are welcoming, extremely kind, and always attentive to the needs of their guests. The staff is also friendly and pleasant. Footprints is I a great location, very close to the airport and a short walk to the beach, which was just breathtaking. The atmosphere of the accomodation was very laid back and friendly, just what I needed for a relaxing break.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! There’s a reason I’m a repeat guest here. Tucked away on the beautiful Diani coast, Footprints has the perfect location in the centre of the town to make getting around super convenient, and just a couple minutes walk from the beach is the cherry on top. The house is bright, clean and airy with plenty of little nooks inside, on the veranda and in the garden to tuck away with a good book or to just chill out with a cold beer. The staff are friendly and the hosts and their little furry family of dogs and cats (the real stars of the show) are one of the main reasons I come back to stay here! The hosts respect your privacy and at the same time are super friendly and always happy to help with whatever you need (ask them about where to eat and what outings to make and they’ll be happy to assist!) Breakfast being included is also a big plus for me as it’s the one meal I don’t want to have to worry about when I start my day. The newly installed ACs are also a game changer especially for the warmer months. There is also a communal fridge, microwave and water dispenser available for guests to use.
