We stayed at Hotel Sarathi for over a week while enjoying day hikes in the surrounding area. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help with any request, which made our stay especially pleasant. Our room was comfortable and featured a balcony with a lovely view. The restaurant offered both breakfast and dinner with a good variety of options, which we really appreciated. We would happily recommend this hotel to others and hope that many more people will find and enjoy it as much as we did.

Lovely big room, friendly, helpful and attentive staff, and the view from both the room and terrace is amazing! Good location for hiking and walking into Dhulikhel old town. Food was very good too (even the Western menu items) and craft beer on tap. What’s not to love.

I loved everything especially that I was given the option to have my breakfast in my room which was truly amazing not to mention that I could do this whilst enjoying the awesome Himalayan range views. Truly magical

This place is incredible. If you’re coming to Dhulikhel for a night out, you should definitely stay here but make sure you book a room in the Mountain Wings building. The rooms in the other blocks are quite small. From Mountain Wings, you get a stunning mountain view, and there’s a cozy rooftop bar where you can enjoy drinks with an amazing vibe

The property is fantastic. Large gardens and rooms with nice views of the eastern ranges. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. Dinners made by the restaurant were delicious.

It was clean, everyone was exceptionally friendly and we had a very relaxing city escape. The kids liked the pool, which was also spotless.

I have the worst experience in terms of service and staff behaviour. The night security was so rude. The food was pathetic and I ended up getting diarrhea.

Poor food and hygiene standards. No real view from the hotel. Travelled for a conference. Hospitality needs work.

The recently constructed bathroom showed signs of poor maintenance. Additionally, ongoing construction work created disruptive noise that began early in the morning. Moreover, a discovery was made of hair found on food.
