The hotel is very good, and the staff is very helpful. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are delicious, and the choices are wide. One thing that might bother is the low temperature in the room at night. During winter, the AC is used as a heater.

“Better options elsewhere”
Crowded, slow service and rooms require better maintenance. Previously stayed at a resort in Nagarkot and this was more expensive with less amenities and worse ambience. Quantity over quality on food options sadly.
