We were 2 small families with kids in the villa. It's very spacious, and no point we felt squished in the space, enough room for everyone. The villa is quite isolated from busy roads, very private garden with the pool and amazing views. Very quiet neighbourhood. A car is a must here, as you will be far from busy streets and shops. The owner was available and very responsive whenever we needed something. The kitchen had absolutely everything we could think off to make us feel comfortable and be able to cook what we wanted. Bedrooms nice and specious, 2 of the bedrooms have their own bathroom, plus extra bathroom everybody can access and also a separate toilet on the ground floor. Big TV with Netflix, YouTube to entertain the kids when not in the pool. The ground floor consist of a spacious open plan kitchen, 2 dining tables and sitting area with access to the pool. Bedrooms are on the first floor. The owners live on the second and third floor with separate entrance. This didn't interrupt us at all. The pool is not heated. We were here beginning of June, nice sunny weather, so still enjoyed swimming and playing in the pool. The water felt a little cold when going in, but warm enough to get in and to play in it. The baby didn't like it as much, but our 10years old spend hours in it every day. The owner have come every day and cleaned the pool. We absolutely loved it here and very likely will be returning back again.

“Excellent villa!”
The hosts are excellent 👌 very friendly people helping out with everything! The apartment was very clean, extremely spacious and with a great pool and view to the sea! I would recommend this for family stays and a group of friends that want to have a base close to the airport and the east coast of Attica! Many thanks for everything!

,The villa is large, comfortable, equipped and clean ,very nice yard with a large pool and a gorgeous view, and most importantly charming hosts For those who are looking for a calm and restful vacation combined with trips and tours in Athens and Piraeus, this is the place. We will definitely come back again

Great villa, great wiew, very spacious. Big deep pool. Everything was good. Definatly need car to explore the area.
