Absolutely beautiful location on a quieter isand, that gave a real insight into how the locals live. They can provide delicious meals or there are several restaurants close by. Loved the beach out the front. Also loved the local singers and dancers who performed one night. The staff are amazing. Thank you.

I like the way the staff took care of us. I also like the calmness at the stay. But the most important thing is the location of the room and the ambience that it creates. The beach, the sand and the access from the bedroom to all these is the best thing that Sunset Villa has to offer.

The property has brand new facilities which are maintained to very high standards. The rooms are well equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Comfy mattress, and breathtaking view of the ocean from Seaview room category. Tasty food, my compliments to the chef. “Great value in a beautiful spot”

Everything was fantastic! Starting with the contact with Marlon a couple of days before our arrival who helped with information on getting the speedboat across from Male and being so helpful our entire stay. Our room was fantastic with the most beautiful view of the water and the private beach. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. Excellent value for money and a lovely experience- would highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is very well located and has a small private beach with sunbeds which is a bonus. Two minutes walk from a bikini beach. There is a grocery shop next door and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Rooms with amazing sea view, clean and modern. Breakfast ok, basic. Every day there was something new added to it pancakes, waffles.... I will be very happy to go back :)

“Lovely location, quiet, with great sunset views from the upper rooms”

a cozy hotel with very friendly and efficient staff, always accommodating our requests. Beds are very comfortable, and they have free filtered cool water and tea/ coffee at your disposal. Internet signal was good and there is a small access to the beach from the hotel.

My stay was absolutely amazing. The villa has a private beach and breathtaking views of the ocean. The staff is very nice and helpful. The owner is a great person who do his best to make sure guests are comfortable and will help with everything, especially arranging transfers to and from the airport. One of the staff will pick you up at the port and take you to the villa. You can communicate with the owner via WhatsApp or in person as he stops by the villa at least once a day. The facilities of the villa are very good, nice clean rooms, housekeeping with change of towels and beach towels whenever you ask for it. Basically no mosquitoes in my room. Cold drinking water available for free 24/7. The food was absolutely delicious, prepared by fantastic chefs. I highly recommend this accommodation, it felt like home.

Clean, really comfy beds, free refill water and provided beach towels as well as bath towels. Allowed us to borrow snorkelling equipment. Private beach and only 1 minute walk from bikini beach. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

“WORTH EVERY PENNY FOR THE VIEWS”

Hands down the best views on the whole island(we walked around the whole island) Sunset Villa was a lovely place, the staff was very welcoming and polite and friendly always. the breakfast was good and tasty: usually the same: bread, omelette, mini american pancakes(even gluten free version), maldivian mashuni, sausages, roshi(rothi), some kind of fruit, orange juice, and some kind of cake or biscuit. there was honey, butter, jams, maple syrup. the rooms were clean, hot water was reliable, ac was working good too. the best part of this hotel was the views. we had rainy days so we couldn’t see the sunset but still was very beautiful!

Great staff, really helpful and friendly. Location is amazing, right on to the beach, would definitely recommend the ocean view rooms with the balcony, all round great stay and amazing value for money. Sunset villa has a great laid back vibe and the sunset views are to die for. Hotel also arranges excursions which were brilliant, we let going back for more!
