Location, Staff, Space

The place was great, the view from the veranda was out of this world. We loved having our morning coffee there and also watching the sunsets. The hosts were super kind and welcoming, Tina really made sure to make our stay exceptional, she made us coffee and she even cooked us breakfast one day!! 10/10 we're definitely going back again.

The location is about a 10-minute drive from Drimades Beach. The elderly couple hosting us were incredibly kind, even though they didn’t speak any English, which wasn’t a problem. All was clean.

Hosts were so lovely, Eli was the sweetest!!! Thanks so much for having us, the property was gorgeous in a great location, under 30 min walk (5 min drive) from coach stations and beaches, although is uphill, very peaceful and beautiful, air con was good and facilities worked. Hope to see you soon

There were no breakfast or any place to cook anything. During the night dogs were barking and lots of noise was coming from outside the room. The owners were not able to speak a word of English. The location was almost ok.

Tina and her family recieved us warmly and shared the vegetables from her farm; they were delicious ;) The room was comfortable. Beautiful view, especially of the moon over the sea.

Gorka, thank you so much for all your help with directions and help me to get to the Vila. You are very kind! This place is incredible, sunset views, sea views and the vineyard 🤩. Comfortable bed, quiet and great to relax. Both room and bathroom were very clean.

Very nice view and extremely friendly hosts! Especially the grandma took care of us, made us even breakfast.

One of the musts of Dhermi Everything was excellent, Mrs. Eli very helpful, kind and sweet! The room was clean, cozy, nothing was missing and it had a balcony with a view. Economical prices, the whole experience value for money! One of the reasons I will visit Dhermi again!

Our stay at Vila 23 Dhërmi was absolutely wonderful! The villa offers one of the best combinations of comfort, views, and hospitality in the area. Nestled on the hills above the beach, the view from the balcony was breathtaking—especially at sunrise and sunset. The rooms were modern, clean, and very well maintained. We had everything we needed: strong air conditioning, a mini-fridge, clean linens, and a hot shower. The interior had a nice mix of simplicity and elegance—exactly what you want for a peaceful coastal escape. One of the highlights was the staff. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready with local recommendations or to help with anything we needed. You could tell they truly cared about making our stay enjoyable. The location is also great—just a short drive from the main beach and the restaurants of Dhërmi. If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to stay in Dhërmi with genuine hospitality and unforgettable views, Vila 23 is a perfect choice. We’ll definitely return!

We had a very pleasant stay at villa 23 It has just the most amazing view of the bay looking out across grape vines and trees. The rooms are lovely and spacious with a/c and a fridge. The beds are also very comfortable. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. The property is owned by a lovely family and they have been amazing hosts. My partner was ill on the last day of our stay here and the hosts graciously gave us a late check out on request.
